WHAT IS A 2024 CHEVROLET SILVERADO EV RST - FIRST EDITION RESERVATION REQUEST?



The reservation request gets you one step closer to owning a 2024 Chevrolet
Silverado EV RST FIRST EDITION. Anticipated availability late 2023.

When a vehicle becomes available at your selected dealership, you will be
contacted to complete and submit your purchase order, which is expected to occur
several months before your scheduled vehicle production date.

IS THE PARTICIPATION FEE REFUNDABLE?



Yes, your fee is refundable at any time if you cancel your reservation request
prior to taking delivery of your vehicle. You may cancel your reservation
request by contacting your selected dealer.

HOW DO I RESERVE A 2024 CHEVROLET SILVERADO EV RST - FIRST EDITION?



Reserve yours today through the online reservation request process at
reserve.silveradoev.chevrolet.ca. The simple online process will walk you
through four easy steps: choose your participating dealer, choose your
configuration, provide your information, and confirm your reservation agreement.

WHEN WILL I GET MY 2024 CHEVROLET SILVERADO EV RST - FIRST EDITION?



Chevrolet expects that the anticipated availability of the 2024 Silverado EV RST
FIRST EDITION will be late 2023. However, depending on your selected dealer and
options, your vehicle may arrive later than this. Given that production
schedules are subject to change, please periodically discuss timing with your
dealer. When your vehicle is about to be produced, your selected participating
dealer will contact you about approximate timing for delivery.

REQUEST. WHAT’S NEXT?



Your selected dealer will contact you to confirm they received your reservation
request. Your selected dealer will then contact you when it is time to order
your vehicle. At that time, you will complete a purchase order at your chosen
dealer, which confirms your order details such as the model year, colour, price
of your vehicle, and an estimated delivery date.

If you were directed to a confirmation web page after submitting your
reservation request then your reservation request was successfully submitted.
You will also receive a reservation request confirmation email within 48 hours
from submitting your reservation request.

WHERE AM I IN LINE?



Reservations are prioritized at your selected dealership. Your reservation will
be fulfilled based on the dealer’s availability of your chosen configuration and
vehicle production. The vehicle production schedule is dependent upon numerous
variables, including exterior colour, interior colour, and wheel selections.
Your selected dealer will contact you to provide delivery timing once your
vehicle is ready to be built. Other details regarding vehicle production
timelines are not currently available.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL?



It may take up to 48 hours to receive your 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV RST -
FIRST EDITION reservation request confirmation email and reservation request ID.

WHERE CAN I GET A COPY OF MY RESERVATION AGREEMENT?



Your Reservation Agreement will be provided in your confirmation email. If you
cannot locate it, please contact your selected dealer.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY RESERVATION REQUEST ID?



Your Reservation Request ID can be found on the confirmation web page and in
your confirmation email upon successful submission. If you cannot locate it,
please contact your selected dealer.

HOW DO I GET ON THE WAITLIST IF RESERVATIONS ARE FULL?



To get on the 2025 model year Silverado EV waitlist, you will need to click
“Join Waitlist” in Step 2, Configuration Selection. You will then be contacted
if/when a Silverado EV production becomes available.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF I AM ON THE WAITLIST?



After all of your selected dealer’s estimated allocation of 2024 Chevrolet
Silverado EV RST - First Edition vehicles have been assigned, your dealer will
hold a spot for you on a first come first served basis, using future allocation
in the 2025 Silverado EV model year and beyond.

Thank you for your early interest in the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV RST First
Edition. Based on current schedules, which are subject to change, we anticipate
the very first 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV RST First Edition vehicles to begin
arriving in Canada sometime in the late 2023. General Motors of Canada Company
(“GM Canada”) is offering you an opportunity to express your bona fide interest
in the vehicle described above from the participating Chevrolet Silverado EV
Dealer identified above (“Dealer”). You will be contacted by the Dealer to
finalize your transaction. The fee described in this Agreement (the “Agreement”)
will be paid to the Dealer.

Because the delivery of the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV RST First Edition is not
expected until Fall of 2023, GM Canada must reserve the right to change the
vehicle design, equipment, options, and availability. In some instances, a
consumer’s preferred Dealership may have already reserved their expected 2024
model year Silverado EV RST First Edition vehicles for other customers. In this
situation, a customer may elect to pay the requisite amount to be placed on a
“waiting list” for future model year Silverado EV production. In either
situation, your reservation, or your place on the waitlist, does not guarantee
you the delivery of a 2024 Silverado EV RST First Edition (or any other
Chevrolet Silverado EV) and does not constitute a commitment to produce a
vehicle with any particular design, equipment, options, colours or pricing. You
should work closely with your Dealer to understand the timing implications and
details in your particular situation.

For these same reasons, we are affording you similar flexibility. Your
participation does not constitute a commitment on your part to purchase the
vehicle when it does become available. You are free to cancel and receive a full
refund at any time prior to entering into a sales agreement with the Dealer.
Until you sign a vehicle sales agreement with the Dealer, you have an
unconditional right to cancel your participation and receive a full refund.

The pricing on this site is preliminary and is subject to change prior to the
delivery of the vehicles. The prices are current Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail
Prices for the vehicle indicated, but the Dealer will set the actual sales price
for your Chevrolet Silverado EV, which may differ from the manufacturer’s
suggested retail price. The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price is stated in
Canadian dollars and does not include taxes, title, license or other fees and
charges that will be included in your final sales agreement with the Dealer.
This Agreement is not a vehicle purchase or sales agreement. Before you purchase
the vehicle, you will have to negotiate final pricing and enter into a sales
agreement with a Dealer.

Your reservation, or your place on the waitlist, will be placed with the Dealer,
not GM Canada. GM Canada is not responsible for refunds to you under any
circumstances. GM Canada never receives or holds any fee or payment information.
All participation fees are paid directly to the Dealer. You will not earn
interest on your payment. If you wish to cancel your participation and receive a
full refund, you must provide written notice to the Dealer who will promptly
process your refund.

If you cancel your participation, fail to respond timely to requests from the
Dealer, fail to reach agreement with the Dealer on the final terms of your
purchase of the vehicle, or fail to pay the $100.00 participation fee, the
Dealer can cancel your participation and prioritize a vehicle for a different
customer.

This program is only available to individuals residing in Canada who are 18
years of age or older. Vehicles must be purchased from and delivered through the
Dealer.

The information collected on this site will be shared with GM Canada and the
Dealer you selected. The handling of this information is governed by the GM
Canada Privacy Policy available at:

policy which should be accessible through the Dealer’s website.
