ABOUT LLC KUMKOL TRANS SERVICE

NATIONAL GAS COMPANY OF KAZAKHSTAN.

LLC Kumkol Trans Service has well-developed Utilities & Offsite facilities:
commodity and raw feed tank farms, liquefied gases tank farm, loading and
unloading racks for oil products transportation by rail and road transport. We
conducts an active social policy; all necessary conditions are created for
labor, life and health of employees. The priority for LLC Kumkol Trans Service
today is to ensure the production of motor fuels corresponding to the ecological
classes K4, K5, in the amount necessary for the country's needs, increase
technical resource of the refinery, its output for a three-year inter-repair
cycle, production of Jet A jet fuel of international standard which is new for
the refinery.



SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Since 2013, the Company has been publishing a Sustainable Development Report
prepared in accordance with the GRI Guidelines.

In 2021, diagnostics of the company's ESG system was started and a Roadmap of
recommendations for improving the company's ESG system and increasing positions
in ESG ratings was developed. In its activities, LLC Kumkol Trans Service
consistently adheres to the high principles of ESG and corporate governance
standards.

In order to comply with these principles, the Company intends to apply the best
international experience in doing business, protecting the environment, ensuring
safe working conditions, and developing human capital.

OIL REFINING

Petroleum products touch nearly every aspect of a person's life. Oil refining is
simple in concept, complex to accomplish and fascinating to see it applied to
daily life. This overview and the details that follow will provide a description
of the units and processes used at LLC Kumkol Trans Service The central concept
behind oil refining is distillation.

TRADE IN BIO-FUELS

To meet the needs of a more advanced and rapidly changing market, IOT is
constantly expanding its services. We are now also targeting various other
illiquid commodity markets. The trade in bio-fuels and bio-fuel certificates are
an example of this. We assist our national and international customers with the
purchase of bio-diesel raw materials and bio-diesel products that comply with
European standards.

CSO-TICKETS AND OIL STOCKS

LLC Kumkol Trans Service engaged in trading physical oil stocks and CSO tickets.
We carry out trade on behalf of, refineries, importers, and other economic
operators that are active in the market for oil products and are subject to a
stock obligation under the EU Directive, the Wva, or the IEA Convention.
