research in medical diagnosis since 1989, when it was founded by Drs. John
Hittner Jr., Meei-Ling Chang, Robert Davis III, and Howard Burdick.

With the domain acquisition, patients will be able to take advantage of improved
access, better service, increased convenience, personalized care plans based on
their individual health needs, and therapeutic approaches tailored to their

federal regulations in the United States that detail the clinical laboratories’
requirements, analyzing human bodily fluids and tissues. The amendments aim to
ensure patient safety by establishing standards for laboratory facilities.

The purchase of CRInternational will help us provide a higher quality testing
platform by implementing stricter QC programs that are compliant with
international guidelines, enabling CLIA Laboratories clients to access more
timely results for their diagnostic needs.
