The entire trek was very well managed. Our guide, Badri, was top notch and took
care of all our needs.

I would come back and do another trek adventure with this company
I had a great time with this company. The guide was super nice & they put me in a nice hotel in Kathmandu. The owner of the company is also super nice. If you’re going on this trek solo or with an odd number of people be aware it is extra fee. I was alone so I had to pay a little extra for single supplement. But that is not the end of the world. I had a solo experience with my guide, and no group to slow me down. I was able to hike at my own pace and my guide let me do whatever I wanted to do. It was amazing. We did not use a porter. I carried all my own stuff. And when I was in the tea houses on the trek I had a 2 bed room to myself every single night except for Gorakshep which was the smallest and last village before base camp. Every tea house we stayed in was very nice and clean. Just like the hotel in Kathmandu where they put me up before and after my trek. The restaurants inside all the tea houses we stayed in were all nice too. I am not a good researcher (I’m just a 22 year old solo traveler in college) so it was very nice to just give this company some money and they figured everything out for me. A hotel before you leave and when you get back from EBC Trek, flight to lukla to start the trek, they give you a nice guide & porter if you want one, they figure out your tea house stays during the trek, and they can arrange a helicopter from gorakshep back to Kathmandu when you are done, or hike back down the mountain and they have a flight included from Lukla back to Kathmandu. Oh also they include airport pickup and drop off from the hotel they put you in. No hiccups at all. Everything went as planned.

DO NOT BOOK A ROAD TRIP THROUGH NEPAL WITH HIMALAYAN ADVENTURE TREKS AND TOURS
BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK A ROAD TRIP WITH THIS COMPANY. Very disappointed in our “luxury” 11 day tour with H.A Treks and T in March. Despite having full knowledge of the extensive road demolition throughout Nepal, Bhagwat sent us out on a very uncomfortable and unsafe journey in a car that was completely unsuitable for the road conditions. To top it off, our driver/guide spoke no English. We chose to end the trip early and fly back to Kathmandu at our own expense. When we complained and outlined all of our concerns to Bhagwat, he reluctantly offered a refund of $100 on a $4000 ruined “luxury” trip.

A relaxing journey
After ACT, we turned to trek the Mardi Himal. This treking was easier and more relaxing. Especially the landscape were totally different. Mardi Himal was many trees and flowers in the mountains. Now it was on the season of rhododendron, and it was amazing. When we walked into the forest, which felt comfortable. Also, we went up to watch the sunrise on the high viewpoint that was amazing. Although our guide Birendra was busy, he arranged another guide to take care of us that we felt better.

ABC trek!! Wonderful experience
We, Group of 10 people did amazing ABC trek in April month of 2024. It was beautiful experience and it was possible because of planning and execution by Himalayan tours. Special mention to our Guide Badri Karki sir who was with us throughout the journey. Badriji helped each one of us where required and made us achieve the Thorong pass trek. His determination and way of supporting individual is really appreciated by each one of us. We recommend Badriji for any tours in nepal. Thanks for the beautiful journey Himalaya Tours and travels.

Great Trekking Company and Guide
The tour was well organised at very short notice. We arrived in Kathmandu without anything booked and Bhagwat arranged the tour to start after 2 days so we had a bit of time to explore the capital. We took an early morning flight and did 6 days trekking to and back from ABC. Our guide, Bhim, was really helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. He made the whole journey more enjoyable Our porter, Shiva, was also a top fella. I would definitely recommend Bhagwat and everyone for others and hope to some day come back to complete the Everest base camp trek.

Seamless and amazing experience
The whole trip was beautifully managed by the team. It was seamless and we had no issues what so ever. Our guide Badri Karki was just amazing. He knew all the roads and he also knew about the recent floods and damaged bridges and what not. He had a good research about the route. The whole team guide and porters were super supportive. They took care of all our needs. We'll planned and we'll managed. Badri went beyond to help us when we needed it. He was more than a guild to us. Very very happy with there service. Thank you Himalayan Adventure tours and travels. We will definitely book future treks/tours with you and I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

Amazing views with an equally amazing team
One of the best hiking trails in the world with the best team to guide and assist throughout the way. Badri ji and his team made sure that no one was left behind and always found a way to assist for different hiking abilities. Annapurna Circuit Trek in March- April 2024.
We did the Annapurna circuit trek over 16 days in March- April 2024. A perfect trek. Everything was organised well and the whole thing was planned perfectly. Our guide Badri and his team werevup to the challenges thrown to them. Highly recommend Badri as the lead guide. He made sure no one was left behind. He also organised a bithday party with a cake and candles up in the mountains .

My point of view
Mardi Himal is unique mountain have seen excellent views of mountain panarama and as well as the Pokhara valley. This trek is one of the extra ordinary trek than the others trek. I would recommend to others who have not enough time to see mountain by close and who is beginer.

BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK A ROAD TRIP WITH THIS COMPANY.
Very disappointed in our “luxury” 11 day tour with H.A Treks and T in March. Despite having full knowledge of the extensive road demolition throughout Nepal, Bhagwat sent us out on a very uncomfortable and unsafe journey in a car that was completely unsuitable for the road conditions. To top it off, our driver/guide spoke no English. We chose to end the trip early and fly back to Kathmandu at our own expense. When we complained and outlined all of our concerns to Bhagwat, he reluctantly offered a refund of $100 on a $4000 ruined “luxury” trip.

Bhagwat was the tour organiser. He replies instantly and always super helpful. Our guide was Nima.
Highly recommend Nima! We had some medical issues and Nima helped us for hours at the doctors as a translator. Also amazing throughout the entire trip. Would definitely use these guys again!!

Bhagwat did an amazing job at coordinating everything for us including transportation and unplanned illness. Prakash was the best guide and so patient and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them to anyone visiting Nepal.

This review is long overdue and I apologize. I cannot begin to express what an amazing itinerary Mr. Bhagwat Simkhada put together for me. I travelled solo from the US and had the most amazing adventure of a lifetime.

His employees and tour guides (Hi Prakash :)), looked after me as if I was family. Mr. Bhagwat Simkhada even dealt with a last minute issue (mine, not theirs), that resulted in a significant change to my itinerary while I was there, and he somehow found a way to replace my original selections with equally enjoyable excursions. My experience with Himalayan Adventure Trek was that it was superior service for everything. From the beginning in the planning stages, all the way through my final departure, Bhagwat was available and quickly responsive to phone calls and emails.

Nepal was truly an incredible country to visit, adventure, culture, history and amazing people.

Traveling on my own, I admit to having been a bit concerned about safety before I got there, but i was made to feel extremely comfortable first by everyone representing Himalayan Adventure and then by the staff at the hotels that were arranged, and most of all, the Nepali people themselves. I cannot wait to reach out to Bhagwat to start to plan my return visit.

There are no words to describe our trek to see Everest. From beginning to end, this company took care of us (literally and figuratively). We had the most amazing guide, Angdawa, and the best porter, Hackba. Angdawa was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, funny and most importantly, patient. He never pushed us and always made sure we were well taken care of. The trek was difficult, but such a test of our mental and physical strengths. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The landscape and scenery changed every 30 minutes. It was the trip of a lifetime and Himalayan Adventure Treks & Tours took care of everything from hotels to tea houses to delicious food and our health. I highly recommended the company and ask for “Dawa”, he made the trip a huge success! Thank you!! The Shepards.
