Welcome to the African Institute for Parliamentary Studies and Public Policy
(AIPSAPP), where our core mission revolves around building efficient and
effective legislative systems to enhance law making in the democratically
established parliaments within the continent of Africa; facilitate collaboration
and the exchange of knowledge and experiences African parliaments with the
ultimate goal of ensuring that policies formulated by governments meet the
aspirations of the citizenry and the people of Africa.

Mission: To empower and elevate parliamentary excellence, foster good
governance, and advance informed public policy across Africa by equipping
legislative systems with the knowledge, skills, and collaborative platforms
needed to navigate complex challenges in modern governance.

Vision: To be a catalyst for transformative change, leading the way in
parliamentary capacity building, fostering intergovernmental collaboration, and
shaping a future in which African nations thrive through strengthened democratic
processes and effective governance.

Enhanced Parliamentary Excellence: AIPSAPP strives to equip parliamentarians,
parliamentary staff, and government institutions across Africa with specialized
knowledge and skills, enabling them to excel in their roles, uphold democratic
values, and effectively represent their constituents.

Good Governance: We are committed to promoting the principles of good
governance, which include transparency, accountability, and inclusivity. AIPSAPP
seeks to contribute to governance reforms that lead to more responsive and
efficient government systems.
