<b id="boldText">As an attendee of YASC, you agree to the following guidelines:</b>
<br><br> • You agree to stay home, not attend the conference, and contact Yardi for further instructions if: (1) you are feeling sick, or you have had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days (fever of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher or
chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea), (2) you have had close contact (less
than 6 feet for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more in a 24 hours) in the last 14 days with someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19, (3) you tested positive for COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and have not yet been
released from isolation (or you are waiting for COVID-19 test results due to symptoms or exposure), or (4) you are otherwise subject to an isolation or quarantine order. <br><br> • You agree to follow CDC, and all federal state and local
requirements and guidelines in place at the time of YASC, which may include, but is not limited to, social distancing guidelines and/or face coverings, and practicing good hygiene, including frequent hand washing, use of hand sanitizer,
and avoid touching mouth, eyes, and nose. <br><br> • Should face coverings be required when entering/leaving the building and/or while attending YASC except when eating or drinking, face coverings must be made with materials that prevent
the discharge of respiratory droplets. Masks with vents, gaiters, or face coverings made from materials such as mesh or lace will not be permitted. Face shields on their own are also not acceptable substitutes for face coverings. <br><br>
• You acknowledge and understand that the risks of exposure to COVID-19 include contracting COVID-19 and the associated dangers, medical complications (including death) and physical and mental injuries, both foreseen and unforeseen, that
may result from contracting COVID-19. You acknowledge and understand that your interaction with Yardi employees, other attendees, event staff, and any other individuals, public or otherwise, present at or around YASC events poses an
elevated, inherent risk of being exposed to and contracting COVID-19, that it cannot be guaranteed that you will not be exposed to COVID 19, and that potential exposure to or contracting of COVID-19 while participating in any YASC event
and/or being present at YASC are risks that cannot be eliminated. If infected with COVID-19, you acknowledge and understands that you may subsequently infect others, even if you don't experience or display any symptoms. <br><br> • In
addition, contingent upon the following of all federal, state, and local guidelines and requirements as they relate to COVID-19, you acknowledge and expressly assume the risk and release all liability of Yardi and each individual venue
hosting YASC events in any way related to the potential of you being exposed to or contracting COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization) and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 or
illnesses or the causes thereof, during or in connection with your attendance and participation in YASC. <br><br>
<b id="boldText2">By attending any YASC function, you are affirming that all of the above are true in addition to:</b>
<br><br> • You are not feeling sick, and do not have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion
or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea). <br><br> • You do not have and have not had a fever of 100 F or higher in the past 14 days. <br><br> • You have not tested positive for COVID-19 or been exposed to anyone who tested
