DEER ANTLER RECIPE

When I come home from get off work and don’t want to buy vegetables, I look at
the fried pork with antler mushrooms made from ready-made ingredients in the
refrigerator. Friends who like spicy food can put some chili. For pork, try to
choose plum meat that is evenly fat and thin. The meat in this part is
relatively tender.




INGREDIENTS

 * deer antler mushroom
 * plum pork 200g
 * salt
 * light soy sauce
 * dark soy sauce
 * 1 shallot
 * 1 clove garlic


INSTRUCTIONS

 1. Soak the antler mushrooms in warm water for about 15 minutes, remove them
    and wash them. Do not pour the mushroom water, save them for later use. Put
    the light soy sauce into the meat slices, stir well and set aside, slice the
    garlic, and cut the onion into small pieces.

 2. Add oil in a hot pan and add onion and garlic. You can also add chili if you
    like. After sauteing, add the deer antler mushrooms and fry for a while,
    then pour in the meat and simmer for 35 minutes.

 3. Check the juice and add the shallots and some salt, and you’re good to go.
