Within 30days -
1. SMPS stopped working
2. Motor switch stopped working
3. Water level detector switch stopped working.
Overall expense approx ₹1500 to repair this.
Company doesn't provide home pickup and deliver service for warranty parts i.e
SMPS and Pump(motor)
We need to send the part to company through courier who's one side charges are
beared by customer.
The warranty parts are also not returned quickly, they take time.
I purchased this product by looking at its price which is very low compared to
other market product of same type.
But the issues I faced with this product are really headaches. Though the
charged service was provided in time, but its like if the company it going to
charge for service in warranty period as well then whats the point of taking
service from them, we can also take from local service persons.
And the intresting thing is this company's marketing strategy- they ask customer
to give 5 star rating and good review on the purchase site(amazon flipkart etc)
and send the screenshots of it to the their mentioned whatsapp number, which is
present on a paper which comes with the product, and they give cashback of
₹300,😲😁
Played SMART isn't it.😂
Now its up to if you wish to buy or not!😶
