some time and worked with dozens of SW providers, but I must say that Customs
City is superb in every single way possible. Their support is one of the best
I've ever experienced within the industry. I would compare their service and
response to AMEX platinum concierge service where someone actually responds and
answers the first time without going through automated menus to speak or chat
with support. You can use the best SW out there with fancy UI’s but if they lack
support it’s a total deal breaker for me. Customs City has user friendly UI and
functions that other SW vendors do not have but the most important part for me
is the support I get from Customs City.

I’ve been using Customs City Global Solutions email eManifest service for all of
my truck ACE/ACI crossings for the past 5 months. These guys are fast! I get
automatic email alerts when my trips are ready and also when the customs broker
links the entry number to my eManifest. I receive a PDF copy of the eManifest
coversheet which I print out in my truck. Their rate is about 30% cheaper than
the competition.
