Really clever idea which minimises the need for unnecessary practice visits.
I thought the service was excellent and very useful.
Amazing could not be more impressed.
PATCHS appears to be far easier than that awful [Previous OC system].
All round pretty good, a non-emergency enquiry, a response the next day and far
