Газета “Днестровская правда” основана в 1941 году. Это самое старейшее
периодическое издание в регионе. Учредители — Тираспольский городской Совет
народных депутатов и трудовой коллектив редакции.

Газета выходит на русском языке. Аудитория — читатели, проживающие в г.
Тирасполь, а также на территории других городов и районов.

Цели и задачи газеты “Днестровская правда” — распространение правдивой,
объективной информации о политической, экономической, социальной и духовной
жизни города, о процессах и событиях, происходящих в регионе, республике,
странах СНГ и за рубежом. Газета является независимой от политических партий,
массовых движений, иных общественных объединений, частных лиц и организаций. В
задачу газеты входит публикация материалов, отражающих мнения читателей по всем
аспектам социально-экономической и политической деятельности. Ее страницы
предоставляются под литературные и публицистические материалы, определенное
место отводится рекламе. Кроме того, газета выпускает общественно-политические и
литературные приложения, занимается издательской и прочей деятельностью по
оказанию услуг населению. “Днестровская правда” ориентируется на широкую
читательскую аудиторию, придерживается плюрализма мнений и оставляет за собой
право на отстаивание собственной точки зрения.

Периодичность выпуска — три раза в неделю (вторник, четверг и суббота).

Объем газеты — 4 печатных листа формата А-3.

Источники финансирования — доходы от реализации тиража газеты, от издательской и
рекламной деятельности, банковские и иные кредиты, добровольные пожертвования
граждан и организаций, спонсорские вклады трудовых коллективов, другие
источники, не запрещенные действующим законодательством.

The newspaper “Dnestrovskaya pravda” was founded in 1941. This is the oldest

life of the city, about processes and events, which are taking place in the
region, the Republic, countries of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and
abroad. The newspaper is an independent from political parties, popular
movements, another public associations, persons and organizations. In the task
of the newspaper has entry the publication of materials, which are reflect
opinions of readers in all aspects of the social-economy and political activity.
Her pages gives for literature and publicist materials, the certain place gives
for advertisement.

Besides, the newspaper released the social-politician and the literature
supplements, engages in publishing and another activity for render a service to
the population. “Dnestrovskaya pravda” orients to the general reading people
adjure to pluralism of opinions and reserves the right for disputation of our
point of view.
