 * Return Policy
    1. Returns are handled at our fulfillment location through Grenos Pain
       Managemnt LLC C/O Pura Gold LLC. 16428 N 32nd Street #110 Phoenix, AZ
       85032. 
    2. Any customer has a right to a Full Refund of unopened, unused, undamaged
       merchandise, within 21- days of the sale date. Purchaser must notify The
       Company in writing using the wendy@TheUnderground.exposed email found on
       the website. The customer may also call 833-711-4800 to arrange. The
       Customer is responsible of shipping fees back to The Company. The
       Customer will receive a FULL Refund once merchandise is received and
       inspected that safety seals are not tampered with and merchandise is
       unopened and undamaged. 
    3. The Company is not responsible for damage caused from Customer improper
       packing. How many days a customer has to return the product. Does the
       counting start from the moment they order it, or from when the product
       gets shipped to them.
    4. If the customer does return a product within 10-days of
       written notification, no refund will be issued and the inquiry/matter is
       deemed abandoned and closed. 
    5. The Customer may request a store credit equal to the amount of the
       item, however, shipping will be charged to The Customer.
