iKnow is a smartphone App-based knowledge platform that aims to increase
knowledge, awareness, and understanding regarding Workplace Abuse, which is
characterized by workplace incivility (WI), workplace bullying (WB), and sexual
harassment (SH). The app should have both an Android and an iOS version and a
human-centric and co-design approach will be adopted to design and develop the
App. User experience will be at the center of our design choice. The App will
have infographics and scenario-based whiteboard animation videos which will
promote awareness and understanding of the themes of WI, WB, and SH. The app
will also have a web version for the moderators and end-users so that moderators
can upload elements.
