IMPACT IN THIS ROLE

At Fictiv, we’re building a company that is developing the operating system for
sourcing custom mechanical parts. We already enjoy manufacturing and delivering
highly complex, high quality parts for our Fortune 500 customers who are
building the future with products like autonomous electric vehicles, surgical
systems, and industrial robots. As we scale our business, we are looking to
expand our growth within India.

In your role as TPM, you will be working directly with our manufacturing
partners in the United States, you’ll be using your engineering background and
manufacturing process knowledge, to manage high mix/low volume projects ensuring
we’re executing projects within scope, to the customer requirements and within
budget , while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will ensure that there is
a match between our customer’s requirements and the capabilities of the
manufacturing partner you are assigning a project to. You will be responsible
for scheduling assigned work orders and act as a Project Engineer to address any
in-process questions our manufacturing partners may raise, provide production
status visibility to our customers, and mitigate major project risks that pose a
threat to meeting our customers specifications.

As a key member of the team, you will be taking our currently developed
processes and driving their use in a new region with new manufacturing partners.
Additionally, you will actively identify areas for improvement in your workflow
and in the systems used by the Technical Project Management team, and will drive
those improvements through cross functional projects.

We have two sets of customers—our builders, who order parts through us, and our
manufacturing partners, who manufacture and assemble these parts—and you’ll take
the inputs from our builders and work with our manufacturing partners to deliver
on our builders’ expectations. At Fictiv, we believe in creating the world’s
premier platform for hardware manufacturing, and you’ll be playing a critical
role in making that happen.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 * Project Management – Manage projects throughout entire execution to ensure
   success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
 * Risk Mitigation - Mitigate risks and coordinate with various stakeholders
   (internally and externally) in order to ensure the on-time delivery of an
   order to the builders’ design specifications.
 * Work Order Assignment – Take ownership of scheduling and overseeing the
   distribution of your assigned manufacturing work orders to members of our
   manufacturing partner network in order to fulfill our builders’ orders on
   time.
 * Production Issue Resolution – Answer open technical questions that our
   manufacturers may have around how best to manufacture the parts, and build
   the products that we have assigned to them.
 * Change Order Management – Ensure post-sale change requests from all
   stakeholders are evaluated, and appropriately implemented while mitigating
   any associated risks.
 * Continuous Improvement – Identifying areas of improvement and driving
   tactical and strategic improvements to the Technical Project Management
   workflow.
 * Communication Management - Communicate proactively with all involved
   personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and
   implement efficiency improvements


DESIRED TRAITS

 * Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3-5 years equivalent engineering related
   work experience in hardware / manufacturing as an OEM or, ideally, as a
   contract manufacturer.
 * Strong team orientation & communication skills, excellent verbal and written
   communication skills.
 * Previous experience working in night shift.
 * Fluent in written and spoken English, experience working in multicultural
   environments.
 * Background in working with a minimum of three of the following manufacturing
   processes:
 * 3DP Printing - MUST
 * CNC Machining - MUST
 * Rapid Tooling - Preferred
 * Injection Molding - Preferred
 * Urethane Casting
 * Sheet Metal Fabrication - Preferred
 * Proven project management skills: scope, timing and quality management.
 * Good understanding in quality management, testing and logistics.
 * Experience working with multiple stakeholders, managing project requirements,
   aligning expectations, and maintaining project communications through a
   successful project completion.
 * Experience in low volume piece part and proto builds - Prefered.
 * You are excellent with problem-solving skills.
 * You are results-oriented.
 * Possesses a good sense of urgency, demonstrated ability of owning and
   managing delivery schedules across tight deadlines.
 * You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and have an inclination for
   documentation.
 * You have a history of data-based decision making.
 * Self-starter, manages time efficiently, able to complete work in a timely
   manner without active supervision.
 * Adaptable and gritty - you can work with ambiguous or under-defined processes
   and while still being able to output work that meets the ultimate goals of
   the project.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Program Manager
to support our Security team. We are a fast-growing entrepreneurial team working
at the convergence of technology and national security. The work will be dynamic
and wide-ranging supporting Engineering leadership and Program Management in the
security and accreditation of our current product, Game Warden.Reporting
directly to the Principal Security Engineer, this role will define and manage
the agile framework and processes for each security team and deliverable.  The
role will be responsible for balancing multiple delivery trains for 4 distinct
agile teams. 


Note: This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract
requirements.


What You’ll Do:
As our Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and
overseeing the security and accreditation aspects of Game Warden and other
future products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including
the Engineering, Customer Operations, Product Management, Growth and others , to
ensure timely accreditation of new environments and continued accreditation of
existing environments.


SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 * Act as the team’s scrum master to manage agile sprint ceremonies, groom the
   security team backlog, drive multiple release trains, and communicate
   execution priorities while balancing short term needs against long term
   goals.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the security strategy is aligned with
   the company's overall business strategy. This may involve presenting security
   posture and accreditation updates to senior executives, working with
   engineering teams to implement required controls, and briefings to auditors.
 * Create and maintain a program roadmap that outlines the program's development
   and release schedule. This may involve setting deadlines, prioritizing
   features, and determining milestones.
 * Work with cross-functional teams to define high level requirements for the
   program. This may include creating user stories, milestones, and MVPs, as
   well as collaborating with engineers to ensure technical feasibility.
 * Managing the Game Warden customer security experience: Oversee the security
   process to ensure the customer onboarding experience is streamlined and
   effectively evaluates SaaS security posture in accordance with GW PaaS
   requirements. This may include communicating with the Customer Operations
   team, directly with customers, and tracking project status.
 * Tracking performance: Track key security metrics, such as security events and
   team productivity, to evaluate the product's performance and make data-driven
   decisions about future trade-offs.


SKILLS YOU’LL BRING TO OUR TEAM:

 * Experience with sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, backlog
   grooming, retrospectives for engineering teams and cybersecurity
 * Familiarly with managing two-week sprints
 * Exposure to owning rigorous prioritization
 * Manage the customer deployment process
 * Experience running multiple deliveries/release trains concurrently
 * Awareness of Defense Systems or DoD Initiatives
 * Experience managing efforts required (both technical implementation and
   policy) to obtain and maintain Department of Defense cybersecurity
   accreditation: ATO, NIST 800-53, and/or FEDRAMP
 * Strong attention to detail, precise written communication, and ability
   execute
 * Experience with a fast paced environment, preferably a start-up
 * Strong collaboration with Engineering, Security, Operations, and
   Customer-facing teams

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of
listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Infrastructure Product Team is responsible for ensuring that Infrastructure
and Data capabilities, services, and abstractions are healthy and meeting the
needs of our customers - both internal teams and, in some cases, external users.
We partner closely with internal teams to prioritize features, define vision and
longer-term roadmap for new capabilities, and ensure we are delivering the best
experiences for our customers


WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Product Manager on the Infrastructure PM team, you'll aim to deliver the
best experience for developers in the industry.  Stripe infrastructure is
composed of high availability distributed systems that powers Stripe products.
We’re looking for a product manager who loves developers and wants to interact
with them daily to understand their needs.   


RESPONSIBILITIES

 * Partner with the engineering team to ship functionality that delights users,
   has the right balance of impact vs engineering cost, and makes a measurable
   impact on the business
   
 * Interact with external users and propose critical infrastructure abstractions
   that best serve them
   
 * Validate product ideas and prototypes with early adopters
   
 * Define key success metrics for developer products
   
 * Work closely with developer relations and developer marketing to launch new
   features and drive product awareness and adoption
   
 * Work on service definition and roadmap internal to the company
   
 * Work on external user-facing APIs and abstractions like provisioned capacity,
   abstractions for end users to achieve complete fault tolerance, developer
   facing dashboards for users to diagnose errors in their usage of Stripe, etc.
   


WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal Product Manager will be relentlessly user-focused, highly analytical,
comfortable in ambiguity, have strong technical skills, and the desire to create
something new. 

 * Both passion for and experience shipping APIs and tools for developers.
   
 * 5+ years of Product Management experience
   
 * Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience 
   
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
   
 * Strong understanding of developer needs
   
 * You’re knowledgeable of the tools and processes development teams use to
   develop, build, and, test integrations
   
 * You are hands-on with APIs and documentation
   


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

 * People who have proposed pricing for products and/or modeled provisioned
   capacity
