Het gaat volgens Duitse media om de 42-jarige Mirnesa S. Zij had vanwege haar werk eenvoudig toegang tot het geld. Volgens het Duitse RTL zou het verhaal niet misstaan in een gangsterfilm. Een vrouw steelt op klaarlichte dag meer dan een miljoen euro van het geldtransportbedrijf waar ze zelf aan de slag is. De diefstal vond plaats op 14 oktober omstreeks 15.00 uur en werd nog dezelfde dag opgemerkt. De politie is al maandenlang in stilte op zoek naar de vrouw, maar zonder succes. Daarom is nu een versnelling hoger geschakeld: er zijn foto's van de verdachte verspreid en er is een beloning van 37.500 euro uitgeloofd voor een tip die leidt tot arrestatie.
