We've used many booking engine related companies but Freetobook are the best by
far. We've been with them for many years. We wanted to recommend the dynamic
pricing add on. This reduces our workload and is the future for sure. You can
tweak it and leave it and the prices look after themselves recognising
busier/quieter periods automatically adjusting the prices. The connections to
Otas are fully integrated along with card processing and the great customer
service is the icing on the cake.

We have been using Freetobook for nearly 8 years now, and they have helped no
end in increasing our direct bookings. We started with the basics but over the
years have added more services as they have been introduced. Their support is
faultless responding quickly to issues or queries, even if it's our own fault,
our senior moments keep us on our toes. Since starting with just the diary
management system and channel manager for the OTA's we now have the integrated
messaging service, reputation suite to manage reviews and something we never
thought we would do....dynamic pricing. All runs very smoothly and efficiently
and there are always new developments coming through, which prior to launch are
clearly explained and described fully. We wouldn't be without them.

If you are in hospitality and you aren't using Freetobook then you should join
with them immediately ! this is simply the best software available for
maximising your bookings and increasing your profits. Easy to use , and in
constant development, with excellent back up. There are always new ways, tips
and tricks to develop better working practices. We have manged with the help of
Freetobook, to almost eradicate the high commissions that the Online Travel
Agents demand.

We came across Freetobook during the challenging times of Covid in 2020 when we
had to cancel our expensive Channel Manager/Booking button. Initially, we simply
needed the Freetobook booking engine to keep our online booking capabilities
intact until tourism bounced back to normal.

As bookings started flowing in again in 2021, we decided to explore other
features offered by Freetobook. We gradually integrated credit card capture,
channel manager, reputation suite, messenger, and Google Zero.

Words cannot fully express the sheer delight we experience when using
Freetobook. Its user-friendly interface is so intuitive, making the entire
process effortless. We have encountered zero glitches, and the functionality
surpasses what we ever received from our previous "market leader" channel
manager—despite paying a lower monthly fee.

Furthermore, Freetobook's customer service deserves special recognition.
Whenever we have questions or concerns, they respond promptly and efficiently,
ensuring that we receive the assistance we need without delay. Their dedication
to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

We honestly can't envision a scenario where we would consider switching to

We became part of the free to book family 10 years ago now, year on year product
innovation has delivered us a time saving front of house digital diary linking
to on line travel agents while this was reason number 1 for joining 10 years ago
today many new digital products and interfaces have delivered us dynamic pricing
where our price point reflects market conditions and is adjusted several times
daily to maximize occupancy and revenue generation, a seamless payment
integration insured all reservations are secured by valid security,
preauthorised in reservation amount 6 days before arrival and charged on
arrival, confirmations and receipts generated automatically, while reservations
without valid security are rejected or canceled within 24 hrs, then our
professionalism took huge strides with branded messaging to clients on booking,
sending digital registration, sending arrival info, sending breakfast info,
sending thank you , all personalised branded but automated, these products allow
cottage industry suppliers compete with and appear as efficient and effective as
larger chain suppliers. for a few pence a day our digital footprint allows us
access to the world of on line marketing with a very professional time saving
suite of products. Now a new time saving product reputation suite, will again
through automation help turn yesterdays visitors into your sales force for
tomorrows reservations, supper new digital tools again few pence a day to
enhance our online reputation

Not often can you say after 10 years you are more excited about a product and
it’s contribution to your business than your were the day you first encountered
it, that’s my testimony to Free to book and the team behind it, love it more
with every innovation than I did almost 11 years ago when I first bought into

I signed up to freetobook a couple of months ago. I am quite new to running a
guest house and for the first 2 years was doing it the old school way with paper
diary’s. Oh wow what a game changer, so much easier to check my availability,
see all the booking details, reply to guests emails and generate more bookings
to my own website. A great back up from the company too with any questions I
raised. Wish I had done it sooner.

I Joined Freetobook in February 2021 and I can honestly say I have never looked
back. Not only do they provide an excellent service, but they are committed to
increasing your direct bookings, thereby saving on commissions to the OTA's.

The new booking diary is simple to use, easy to change rates and most of all the
channel manager means you never have to worry about overbooking, because you
missed a booking from Expedia or booking . com.

The sound advice I have received from their team has always been gratefully
received. I like the fact they actually do what it says on the tin, our direct
bookings are up year on year and we are doing so well we are expanding from 11
bedrooms to 29 bedrooms !
I'm not saying this is wholly because of Freetobook, but the tools, support,
advice and professional look of our booking portal have contributed
tremendously.

I love the bolt ons, such as messaging, which sets up a direct message system
that you and your guests can use to communicate easily with each other, the
payment integration and pre-authorisation of cards.

Also the setting up of google zero to push forward zero commission bookings is
brilliant.

Heather has been a guiding light over the last two years, and now that we are
expanding, we will be chatting further to further improve our web presence and
generate more commission free bookings.

If you are looking for a complete online booking system for your hotel or
apartments, then look no further, I have no hesitation in recommending
Freetobook every time.
