 * Q I received an email from Jill and I see in her signature block that she
   lists herself as “Trial Attorney and Mediator.” I know Jill is a trial
   attorney because I know she tries a lot of cases, so I understand the “Trial
   Attorney” part.  But what is a “Mediator?”
 * QSo, the workers’ compensation adjuster told me that I am no longer going to
   get my weekly benefits because she says I am “at MMI.” What does that mean?
   And is she right?
 * QI was hurt two months ago and just reported the accident. The work comp
