published rates for sending UPS shipments to destinations around the world.



How do I track using a UPS Tracking number?

Using the tracking number automatically assigned to your shipment, visit your
country’s UPS homepage and enter the number in the track window. You can enter
multiple tracking numbers if needed. You'll be able to see the shipping date,
the current location of the package and the estimated arrival date, as well as
verify the arrival of your shipment. If you're using Quantum View Manage,
WorldShip, CampusShip or My Choice, you can set preferences to receive e-mail or
text notifications.



What is the process to ship internationally?

Our goal is to make shipping with UPS as easy and seamless as possible. Visit
our Shipping Basics and How To Prepare for Shipping pages to learn the
fundamentals: from choosing your service to preparing your package and what you
need before completing an international shipment.



Getting Started
Where can I find a list of the different services UPS offers?

UPS offers time-definite and day-definite delivery for your domestic,
international, or freight shipping. Find the service that best suits your needs
by visiting our online service guide.



How do I notify UPS that I do not want to be contacted by telephone?

UPS may contact customers and others by telephone about UPS products, services
and special offers. You may make a request to be added to our "Do Not Call" list
by contacting 0800 331 6010. You should provide us with your name, address and
telephone number. Allow up to 30 days after you made your request for your name
to be removed from any sales or communications programmes that are under way.
UPS may continue to contact customers by telephone and mail for billing,
services and other communications.

How/where do I get shipment labels or receipts?

You can quickly print your labels and receipts after submitting your shipment
information or reprint from shipping history.



How to Order Supplies?

Logged-in customers can order free envelopes, boxes, tubes, forms and labels and
charge the supplies to a payment account or another payment method.

Check out your available options, choose what you need and add the desired
quantity to your order. Once you’ve submitted the order, you can add any of your
items to a Quick List of frequently used supplies for easier reordering.





Order Supplies
When I ship a package with UPS, are there any guidelines for the packaging of my
shipment?

You can help to make sure that your package arrives safely and on time with
these packaging guidelines and procedures developed from UPS research.

 * Use a rigid box with flaps intact.
 * Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other previous and now
   irrelevant shipment markings from the box.
 * Wrap all items separately.
 * Use adequate cushioning material.
 * Use strong tape designed for shipping.
 * Do not use string or paper over-wrap.
 * Use a single address label that has clear, complete delivery and return
   information.
 * Place a duplicate address label inside the package.

What is the process to ship internationally?

How many days will it take for my package to be delivered?

To calculate the delivery time for any shipment going anywhere served by UPS, go
to Calculate Time and Cost, located on the main Shipping menu. Follow the
directions, noting the required fields labelled with this symbol .



What dangerous goods can be shipped and what is the process?

Visit the Shipping Dangerous Goods Guides to review current information and a
user guide for safety and processes for successfully shipping hazardous
materials domestically and internationally.



Tracking
How do I track using a reference number?

When you create a shipment, you can assign it a reference name or number that
aligns with your customers' or your business systems. This reference can contain
letters and/or numbers, and can be a Purchase Order (PO) number, a customer’s
job number, a Bill of Lading number or even a group of words that identifies the
shipment. To use this reference to track your shipment, go to the main Tracking
page and select Track by Reference. Input your reference in the Shipment
Reference field, indicate whether your shipment is package or freight, and
select your shipping dates. Then select the Track button.



I've been tracking my package, but it doesn't seem to be moving. Why?

Your package is still within the UPS network and, unless otherwise noted, should
be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. Shipment movement information is
captured each time a tracking label is scanned in the UPS delivery system. There
may be several days between scans if the shipment is going cross-country or
moving between countries.

Receiving Your Shipment
How can I find out when I'm going to receive my package?

Enter your tracking number into the Tracking tool to see what day your package
is due to arrive. Our drivers typically deliver between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Choose Send Updates from Tracking to receive email or text notifications.



My tracking information shows that a package was left at my address, but I can't
find it. What should I do?

To help ensure the safety of your package, the driver will try to leave your
package out of plain sight. We recommend that you check all exterior doors and
any locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back
patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also
check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. If you’re still unable
to locate the package, contact the sender to start a claim.

Note: UPS urges package senders (rather than receivers) to initiate claims
because package senders are in receipt of the most essential claim documents
(invoices, receipts, detailed merchandise descriptions, tracking numbers, etc.).

What should I do if my package is delayed or late?

If ups.com Tracking shows that you have an "exception", it means an event or
situation, such as a customs delay, may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.
Check the Shipment Progress section in Tracking for details about changes in
delivery schedule. Shipment movement information is captured each time we scan
your tracking label in the UPS delivery system. There may be several days
between scans if the package is going cross-country or moving between countries.

Billing and Payment
What's the difference between a ups.com user ID and a Shipping/Billing Account?

When you register on ups.com, you'll be able to store your address book online,
print labels and request tracking notifications. Depending on how much you ship
and the level of support you need, you have the option to add functionality by
signing up for a UPS Account, which will enable billing. Once your account is
approved and you receive an account number, you can enroll in the UPS Billing
Center for packages. Be sure to add your accounts to your ups.com Profile and
customise your dashboard with widgets that provide quick access to shipping,
tracking and billing capabilities.

How do I complete the End of Day process In WorldShip?

Select the End of Day button on the Home tab. The End of Day Processing window
will prompt, "Are you ready to close today's shipping and send shipment
information to UPS?" Select Yes to electronically send your shipment information
to UPS and to print the End of Day reports.

Give your UPS driver the Collection Summary Barcode Report and High Value Report
(if printed) to take with the shipments. Keep the Daily Shipment Detail Report
for your records (if you selected to print this report on the Shipment Detail
Report Set-up tab of the System Preferences Editor window).
