AUSTRALIA. WE'RE HOST TO WEB DESIGNERS, APP DEVELOPERS, MARKETERS, GRAPHIC
DESIGNERS, ARCHITECTS AND VIDEOGRAPHERS.




WE HAVE DESKS AVAILABLE IF YOU'D LIKE TO JOIN OUR SPACE ON A CASUAL OR PERMANENT
BASIS.

Graphic designers, photographers, social media specialists, etc would be a great
fit.

The office includes:

 * free use of shared boardroom with TV and Apple TV for presenting to clients
 * kitchen with coffee machine, ice, chilled water, etc
 * lunch or casual meeting table
 * storage options
 * two toilets
   
 * places to store a bike
 * 24-hour access for tenants
 * 100 Mbps internet/wi-fi

Currently, we have desks available for freelancers in our shared space. These
are new, adjustable-height desks.

 * Full-time - $110 per week
   
 * Part-time, 3 days/week - $65
 * Part-time, 2 days/week - $55

This price includes all outgoings: rates and utilities, wi-fi, water/ice, shared
storage, use of coffee machine (BYO pods!), etc. Excludes GST. Billed monthly
and in advance.

ABOUT THE LOCATION

A few of us have worked at this location for a number of years and really
appreciate the area.

 * A beautiful, quiet part of Adelaide's CBD
 * Right next to Hutt St, but without the traffic noise
 * A very short walk to coffee shops, pubs and restaurants
 * Loads of lunch options within 200m: sushi, sandwiches/rolls, Indian, Thai,
   pizza, etc
 * Banks, post office, pharmacy and small supermarket close by
 * Probably the easiest free car parking in the CBD for you and your clients;
   all-day parks can be found most days, or 2-3 hour parks are easy to get
 * Parklands only a couple of minutes away
