This offer is made by Priority Pass and is for a complimentary 1-year Priority
Pass™ Select digital membership with two complimentary lounge visits to be used
by the member. To be eligible for this offer you must have a U.S. American
Express® Corporate Green or U.S. American Express® Corporate Gold Card (each, a
"Card"). To redeem this offer, you must visit prioritypass.com/amexcorporatecard
and input your Card number to verify your eligibility, then enroll in Priority
Pass Select by December 31, 2021 at 11:59PM ET to receive the complimentary
1-year Priority Pass Select digital membership (currently $99 USD) and two
complimentary lounge visits (currently $32 each). Priority Pass will
automatically charge the card you save on file in your Priority Pass account at
the prevailing Standard rate available on www.prioritypass.com for any guest
visits, as well as member visits after you have used your two complimentary
visits. Upon receipt of your enrollment information, Priority Pass will send
your Priority Pass Select welcome kit by email confirming your membership
details. Once enrolled, you can access your Digital Membership Card by
downloading the Priority Pass app and entering your membership number found in
the welcome kit. You may access participating Priority Pass Select lounges by
presenting your Digital Membership Card and confirmed airline boarding pass.
Some lounges do not admit guests. In some lounges, Priority Pass members must be
21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Priority Pass Select
members must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Amenities may
vary among airport lounge locations. Conference rooms, where available, may be
reserved for a nominal fee. Priority Pass Select lounge partners and locations
are subject to change. For complete Priority Pass terms and conditions and a
listing of participating lounges, please visit www.prioritypass.com. Your
membership will expire and any unused complimentary visits will be forfeited one
year after your date of enrollment. Fulfillment of the offer is the sole
responsibility of Priority Pass. Offer is subject to change at any time without
