We had a canapes night served by the team and we received so many compliments about the food from those attending and was so impressed, the food in addition to being delicious, was presented so well. The chef and the mixologist were brilliant the food was amazing and the cocktails flowing. I would 100% use wild truffle again . My Grandson loved the ribs. Also many people commented on how delicious the '"pastels de nata"....a Portuguese type of egg custard were. I'd never heard of them myself so obviously Chantelle is aware of new taste fads. I wouldn't hesitate in using her again. Chantelle from Wild Truffle catering done the buffet for me. A great selection of hot and cold food, lovely desserts, cheese and biscuits, tea, and coffee for people who were driving on arrival. We had an all Vegan menu which was absolutely beautiful. Chantelle understood our Vegan requirements completely and her suggestions for the menu were excellent.
