THREE PART EMAIL SERIES

 


IMPORTANT TECHNOLOGY UPDATES

With our recent integration, we have several important updates that we want to
make you aware of. The first of three email updates is below, and we've also
included a video from Adam Jones, that details this three part series here:

NEW BILLING INFORMATION


PART 1 OF 3

 

Creative Planning Technology Solutions will begin operating under Creative
Planning Business Services on March 1. You'll see changes with your invoicing,
statements and remittance information. The name you'll see on these invoices and
statements will be Creative Planning Technology LLC.

 

You'll receive a final time and materials invoice on or around March 1 in the
format you have received in the past. The new invoice format will be sent as
your monthly recurring invoice between March 5 and March 10.

FUTURE INVOICE SCHEDULE

 

Beginning March 1, invoices and statements will be sent from
techinvoices@creativeplanning.com.

 

Please "allow" this email address in your spam filter to ensure proper delivery.
Statements are sent out on the 15th of each month.

Example Statement

Monthly Recurring Proactive, All-Inclusive and Tool Invoices

Between the 5th and 10th of the month

 

Time and Material Invoices

Last week of the month

 

Product/Hardware Invoices

Once received at our location (shipped or scheduled for installation)

 

Project Invoices

Once completed or per quote terms.

Projects over $10,000 require a down payment of 50% of product and estimated
labor.

 

Finance fees are assessed at 1% on invoices past due. Past due invoice fees are
generated the last day of each month.

 

If you are sales tax exempt, please email a sales tax exemption certificate to
techinvoices@creativeplanning.com. We must charge you sales tax until we receive
this form.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

Creative Planning Technology LLC offers the following payment options:

 * Mail a check to the new remittance address
 * Connect with Bill.com (PNI 111666678834217)
 * Pay via the Online Payment Portal
 * Pay via virtual credit card emailed to techinvoices@creativeplanning.com

 

Please update your vendor records to reflect this information as of March 1,
