As this will be the best integration of academia and research involving every aspect of Microbiology. It's open to all types of analysis methodologies both from academia and industry. The field of microbial cooperation has grown enormously over the last decade, leading to improved experimental techniques and a growing awareness of collective behaviour in microbes. Cooperation presents a fundamental challenge to customary evolutionary thinking. Microbes present a unique opportunity for scientists interested in the evolution of cooperation because of their well characterized and simple genetics, fast generation times, and easily manipulated and measured interactions. While these advantages are often well appreciated, other differences between organisms of the microscopic and macroscopic world are sometimes forgotten when transferring ideas and methods from the study of animals to that of microbes. Importance and Scope Microbial ecosystems represent a delicately balanced population of microorganisms each interacting with and influencing other members of the population. Microbial Interactions 2024 will be the best platform for all the Microbiologist, Scientists, Research Scholars, Students, Technologists who are working in this field to exchange their knowledge related to microbial interactions its evolution, diversity and role. This International event is an effort to find information that will indicate the possible interactions between the organisms and conducting such experiments, new techniques that will lead to the formulation of control measures, often using an alteration of the environmental factors for regulation of the microbial ecologies Why to attend? To understand interactions, it is necessary to perform a detailed study of the physiology of the individual predominating microorganisms to establish their requirements with respect to such environmental factors as nutrients, temperature, pH, oxidation-reduction potential, removal of waste products, or toxic materials which may be involved in control processes and to determine how these factors affect their capabilities. 18th International Conference on Microbial Interaction and Microbial Ecology is organizing an outstanding Scientific Exhibition/Program and anticipates the world's leading specialists involved in microbial cooperation’s and different activities in the environment. This term is most commonly used to refer to disease-causing microorganisms although they may not cause illness in all hosts. Because of this, the definition has been expanded to how known pathogens survive within their host, whether they cause disease or not. On the molecular and cellular level, microbes can infect the host and divide rapidly, causing disease by being there and causing a homeostatic imbalance in the body, or by secreting toxins which cause symptoms to appear. Viruses can also infect the host with virulent DNA, which can affect normal cell processes (transcription, translation, etc.), protein folding, or evading the immune response. Beneficial microbes associated with plants are known to stimulate plant growth and enhance plant resistance to biotic (diseases) and abiotic (salinity, drought, pollutions, etc.) stresses. The plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) and mycorrhizae, a key component of soil microbiota, could play vital roles in the maintenance of plant fitness and soil health under stressed environments. Eg. E. coli grows in animals intestinal tracts but merely survive in aquatic environments , E. coli are transients and not residents of aquifers from which they can be isolated.Microbial ecology studies entail the use of conventional microbiological techniques (cultural / enumeration procedures, EM, radioactive tracer methods) and modern molecular techniques (gene analysis, nuclei acid probes, sequencing) . Ecology, Evolution and Biodiversity, formerly the Microbial Ecology and Evolution track encompasses many aspects of microbial and phage ecology and the roles of microbes in their natural environments. Our rapidly advancing knowledge of the complexity, immense diversity, and important roles of natural microbial communities will be highlighted in many of the exciting EEB sessions. Meaningfully defining what constitutes a community of interacting microbial populations is not trivial, but is important for rigorous progress in the field. Important elements of research in microbial community ecology include the analysis of functional pathways for nutrient resource and energy flows, mechanistic understanding of interactions between microbial populations and their environment, and the emergent properties of the complex community. * Soil Microbial Community * Rizosphere Microbial Communities * Photoautotroph Microbial Communities * Water Microbial Community Related Microbiology Societies Society for Applied Microbiology| American Society of Microbiology| American Association for the Advancement of Science| American Association for Cancer Research| American Chemical Society| American Educational Research Association| American Indian Science and Engineering Society| American Medical Women’s Association| American Physiological Society| American Psychological Association| American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology| American Society for Cell Biology| Related Microbiology Associations ASIA-PACIFIC: Pan-Pacific Surgical Association Congress, Federation of Asia-Pacific Microbiology Societies, Malaysian Society of Infectious Diseases, Singapore Society for Microbiology and Biotechnology, Malaysian Society for Microbiology, Asia Pacific Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infection, The Philippine Society for Microbiology, Asia Pacific Society for Marine Biotechnology, Committee of Asia Pacific Electron Microscopy Societies; Federation of Asia Pacific Microbiological Societies, International Union of Microbiological Societies; Microscopy Society (Singapore), Singapore National Academy of Sciences, Japanese Society of Microbial Ecology USA: Federation of American societies for experimental biology, Federation of American societies for experimental biology, American society for microbiology, Society for industrial Microbiology and biotechnology, Society for Applied Microbiology, Society for industrial microbiology, International Union of microbiological societies, Southern California Branch of the American Society for Microbiology, Southeastern association for clinical microbiology, Association of medical school microbiology and immunology chairs, Society for the Advancement of Biology Education Research,The American Association of Immunologists, The American Society for Clinical Investigation, International union of microbiological societies, Infectious Diseases Society of America, National Foundation for Infectious Diseases EUROPE: Italian Society of Agro-Food and Microbial Biotechnologies, Federation of European Microbiological Societies, European Molecular Biology Organization, Society for Applied Microbiology, Swiss Society for Infectious Disease, European Molecular Biology Organization, International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, Federation of European Microbiological Societies, European Society for Clinical Virology, International Union of Microbiological Societies, European Federation of Biotechnology, European Molecular Biology Organization, , International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, Interregional Association for Clinical Microbiology and Antimicrobial Chemotherapy Track-Microbial Diseases A microorganism may be a microbe that has the potential to cause sickness. To cause an infection, microbes should enter our bodies. Microbes will enter the body through the four sites listed below: Respiratory tract (mouth and nose) e.g. respiratory disease virus that causes the contagious disease. Gastrointestinal tract (mouth oral cavity) e.g. eubacteria epidemic cholera that causes cholera. Urogenital tract e.g. Escherichia that causes urinary tract infection. Breaks within the skin surface e.g. eubacteria tetani that causes tetanus. The indigenous flora (commensal microorganisms) of some mucous surfaces provide one of the main protective mechanisms against infection by pathogens (disease-producing microbes). The commensal populations interfere with the establishment of pathogens on mucous membranes by evoking anaerobic conditions, by competing for space and nutrients and by producing inhibitors. How, at the beginning of successful infection, pathogens in relatively small numbers overcome this protective activity of the commensal population is unknown Related Microbiology Societies Society for Applied Microbiology| American Society of Microbiology| American Association for the Advancement of Science| American Association for Cancer Research| American Chemical Society| American Educational Research Association| American Indian Science and Engineering Society| American Medical Women’s Association| American Physiological Society| American Psychological Association| American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology| American Society for Cell Biology| Related Microbiology Associations ASIA-PACIFIC: Pan-Pacific Surgical Association Congress, Federation of Asia-Pacific Microbiology Societies, Malaysian Society of Infectious Diseases, Singapore Society for Microbiology and Biotechnology, Malaysian Society for Microbiology, Asia Pacific Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infection, The Philippine Society for Microbiology, Asia Pacific Society for Marine Biotechnology, Committee of Asia Pacific Electron Microscopy Societies; Federation of Asia Pacific Microbiological Societies, International Union of Microbiological Societies; Microscopy Society (Singapore), Singapore National Academy of Sciences, Japanese Society of Microbial Ecology USA: Federation of American societies for experimental biology, Federation of American societies for experimental biology, American society for microbiology, Society for industrial Microbiology and biotechnology, Society for Applied Microbiology, Society for industrial microbiology, International Union of microbiological societies, Southern California Branch of the American Society for Microbiology, Southeastern association for clinical microbiology, Association of medical school microbiology and immunology chairs, Society for the Advancement of Biology Education Research,The American Association of Immunologists, The American Society for Clinical Investigation, International union of microbiological societies, Infectious Diseases Society of America, National Foundation for Infectious Diseases EUROPE: Italian Society of Agro-Food and Microbial Biotechnologies, Federation of European Microbiological Societies, European Molecular Biology Organization, Society for Applied Microbiology, Swiss Society for Infectious Disease, European Molecular Biology Organization, International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, Federation of European Microbiological Societies, European Society for Clinical Virology, International Union of Microbiological Societies, European Federation of Biotechnology, European Molecular Biology Organization, , International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, Interregional Association for Clinical Microbiology and Antimicrobial Chemotherapy Track-Applied and Environmental Science Applied and Environmental Science (AES) is well-covered in the program of Microbiology 2020. In previously healthy individuals, invasive fungal disease is rare because animals’ sophisticated immune systems evolved in constant response to fungal challenges. In contrast, fungal diseases occur frequently in immunocompromised patients. Paradoxically, successes of modern medicine have put increasing numbers of patients at risk for invasive fungal infections. Such global analyses are allowing scientists to ask deeper questions regarding food-borne pathogens and are currently leading the way to ascertaining the genes, proteins, networks, and cellular mechanisms that determine the persistence of strains in foods and other environments, determine why certain strains are more commonly isolated from foods, and determine why certain strains are more pathogenic. Such molecular tools are also making it possible to more fully determine the microflora present in foods along with pathogens, and to assess the effect that the food microbiota has on the death, survival, and pathogenicity of food borne pathogens. We are in the era of speed and precision. Like many other disciplines in environmental biology, aquatic microbiology tends to move forward with new rapid and cutting edge tools to study water-related microorganisms from river banks to the abyss of the oceans.
