INTRODUCTION

The Value Partnership is a unit trust with investments primarily in listed
Australian equities and is managed by Westor Asset Management Pty Ltd. The trust
operates within the Small Scale Offering provisions of the Corporations Act
2001.

The manager identifies and selects businesses from a value “bottom-up
perspective”, which includes an assessment of a company’s financial statements,
business history, management and sustainable competitive advantages. As
indicated by the fund name, it is the manager’s goal for unitholders to view
their investment as a long term partnership that shares in the growth of quality
businesses. The fund’s inception date was 20 March 2006.
