as well as an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room to accommodate all
guests.

Private solar heated pool and spa including a built in high top pool table with
umbrella and baja shelf. Also enjoy BBQing or take a seat at the built in bar!




MODERN AMENITIES

Stay connected with fast internet and streaming services on TVs.





PLENTY OF ROOM

Our 3 bedroom 3 bath house sleeps 8 comfortably. There are 2 master suites and
another bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle as well as a queen size pullout
sofa. Each bedroom and living room can also accommodate air mattresses for the
kids. Private entertainment backyard. This house makes vacationing easy!

ENJOY LAKE HAVASU

Lake Havasu has tons to offer! There are multiple launch sites to enjoy a day on
the lake. And when you’re ready to pull off the water, take a sunset ride into
the desert on your off-road vehicle. The town also has a variety of restaurants
and bars to choose from!

OUR FAVORITES

There’s always something to do in town. Here we have complied a list of some of
our favorites.

The Spot- pizza and arcade restaurant 5 mins from the house!
London Bridge- tons of shopping and restaurants (The Chair has great outdoor
dining and music with views of of the channel water) to enjoy. Learn about the
history of London Bridge, take a stroll on one of the many walking paths, or
take a dip in the water with beach access.
Chico’s Tacos- perfect for easy take out dinners
Topock66- Our absolute favorite boat ride! About an hour north of the lake
through majestic desert mountain terrain. Kids can swim in the outdoor pool
while waiting for your breakfast or lunch. You can also drive to this restaurant
by car.
