About Us

MODERN REPORTS

Our online interactive home inspection reports are delivered electronically and
have been optimized for mobile, desktop and tablet viewing. There is also the
option to print a hard copy or save your report to PDF.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

By using our modern reporting platform, we are able deliver your inspection
report the same day that we complete your home inspection. As soon as your home
inspector is finished the report, it’s in your inbox!

HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS

Our reports are full of high quality photos, video, images or aerial photos to
document the major systems of the home as well as any deficiencies we’ve found
during the home inspection.

RODENTS & PESTS

As a licensed home inspector, we make sure to inspect for any signs of rodents
or pests. Whether it’s an infestation, a nest or a few droppings, we report on
pest conditions so you can address any potential concerns.

THERMAL IMAGING

A basic infrared scan is included in every home inspection. Thermal imaging
allows us to detect moisture, electrical deficiencies, verify heat sources, and
more, that may not be visible to the human eye.

MICROBIAL GROWTH

As a certified mold inspector, we report all signs of microbial growth and have
the option to take samples and send them to the lab, but can’t say it’s mold
without the lab analysis to confirm it.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A HOME INSPECTION?

Your home inspector will inspect the major systems of the home. These include
the Roofing, Exterior, Grounds, Garage / Carport, Attic & Crawlspace, Structure,
Insulation & Ventilation, Electrical, Heating & Cooling, Plumbing and Interior.

CAN I BE PRESENT DURING THE HOME INSPECTION?

As part of our home inspection process, your home inspector will provide a
walk-through of the property at the end of the inspection. During the
walk-through, we discuss any deficiencies found during the home inspection as
well as highlight some of the building materials used during construction and
how to best maintain the home. The walk-through is an important part of the home
inspection and encourage all clients to participate.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE HOME PASSED THE INSPECTION?

The home inspector will not ‘pass’ or ‘fail’ a home, instead the goal of the
home inspection and report is to provide you with accurate information that will
assist you in making informed decisions. It is important to read your inspection
report carefully in its entirety. The report has a summary section that lists
the most important considerations, but the body of the report also contains
important information about all the major systems of the home.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS AFTER THE HOME INSPECTION?

The relationship with our clients does not end after the home inspection. Your
home inspector is available by phone, email or text to answer any questions you
have about the report or property any time in the future. Even once you move
into the home and are unsure about something, reach out and we will do our best
to get you the information you need.

WHEN WILL I GET THE HOME INSPECTION REPORT?

We produce and deliver our report on the same day as the home inspection.
Through a secure link sent to your email, you will be notified as soon as the
home inspector completes the report and are provided access immediately to your
online report. Our online report is complete with full colour photographs and
available to save to PDF or print if needed.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and payments are processed through our secure
online client portal. You can also make payments through Interac e-transfer.
