Terveydenhuollon digitalisaation eturintamassa kulkeva Terveystalo etsii
Technical Support Specialistia osaksi moniammatillista sovelluskehityksen
tiimiään! Tehtävässä pääset työskentelemään mm. Terveystalon oman
Sirius-ohjelmiston kanssa, jota käytetään yritysasiakkaiden keskuudessa
työkyvyttömyystapausten ennakointiin ja ennaltaehkäisyyn. Tiivistetysti
kerrottuna työnkuvasi tulee sisältämään erilaisia selvitystehtäviä asiakkaiden
auttamiseksi: etsit niin sanotusti ”pellin alta” vastauksia asiakkaiden
kohtaamiin ongelmiin. Pääset ratkaisemaan mielenkiintoisia ongelmia ja toimimaan
terveydenhuollon digikehityksen eturintamassa. Tämän lisäksi esimerkiksi
integroit uusia yritysasiakkaita järjestelmään. Tehtävässä viestit asiakkaiden
suuntaan ja osaatkin myös näppärästi kääntää teknisiä asioita yleiskielelle.
Toivomme, että SQL-tietokantahaut, Linux-komennot ja shell- ja bash-skriptaus
ovat sinulle tuttuja. Ohjelmointiosaamista tehtävä ei vaadi, mutta sinun tulisi
osata kuitenkin lukea ainakin hieman koodia. Tämä rooli soveltuu hyvin
selvittelystä pitävälle ongelmanratkaisijalle, joka haluaa työskennellä osana
tiimiä, mutta on kuitenkin työskentelytavoiltaan itseohjautuva. Olisi
toivottavaa, että pystyt kommunikoimaan teknisiä asioita henkilöille, joilla ei
välttämättä ole teknistä taustaa. Saat ympärillesi osaavan tiimin, joka auttaa
sinua alkuun pääsemisessä. Rooli on lähtökohtaisesti kokoaikainen, mutta pieni
jousto voi olla mahdollista. Hakijalta odotetaan: Soveltuvia opintoja sekä

HAVI LOGISTICS OYHR SPECIALIST

HAVI is now looking for a temporary HR Specialist until August 2023 in Vantaa.
As an HR Specialist at HAVI you’ll be responsible for all HR matters in Finland
and you’ll be reporting to the Nordics’ HR Manager based in Sweden with a dotted
reporting line to the Managing Director in Finland. The role is a stand alone HR
position but you’ll be part of a Nordic HR team with 5 people and the Management
Team in Finland. In this broad and responsible role you’ll be exposed to a
variety of different high and low HR tasks and working with various different
stakeholders. You’ll be supporting the Nordics’ HR Manager for example in
organizational and leadership development and operating as a Business partner
for Management and team leaders with HR related topics in Finland. You’ll be
also acting as a contact person to outsourced payroll and occupational health

HAVI’s HR systems and tools. Your tasks include for example: Preparing payroll
material for calculations Reporting key figures related to monthly payroll
Implementing global HR-processes and ensuring for example annual performance and

in cooperation with region/cluster and Nordic Internal communication Supporting
in recruitments and developing employer branding of HAVI Finland Coordinating
trainings Reporting incident, accident and insurance claims Ordering working
clothes and other supplies, making key tags, etc. The ideal candidate for this
position is a brave person who is able to take full HR ownership for HAVI HR

working closely with Bou’s development team, coding websites or web applications
