Q1: How do I earn skins by watching CS2 streams?
A1: To earn skins by watching CS2 streams, you need to link your Twitch and
Steam accounts and watch participating CS2 streams during the event period.
After connecting your accounts, you'll be eligible to receive skins while
watching the streams.
Q2: How long does it take to receive the skins after linking my Steam account?
A2: Due to a large number of requests, it takes exactly 48 hours from the moment
you connect your Steam account to the time you receive the skins. Please be
patient while we process your request.
Q3: Is Twitch Prime required to receive skins?
A3: No, Twitch Prime is not required to receive skins during this event. Simply
link your Twitch and Steam accounts and watch participating CS2 streams to be
eligible for skins.
Q4: I no longer have access to the Twitch account I linked my Steam account to
and want to link a new one.
A4: If you've lost access to the Twitch account you linked your Steam account
to, please follow these steps:


 1. Contact Twitch Support to recover your original Twitch account
 2. If you're unable to recover your original account, create a new Twitch
    account.
 3. Unlink your Steam account from the original Twitch account (if you managed
    to recover it) by following the instructions in the original FAQ (Q5).
 4. Link your Steam account to the new Twitch account.
