Established in 1997, Robertsons are now the largest privately-owned (family)
investigation specialists business in the UK.

We provide ethical, professional and high quality intelligent investigation

INSURANCE INVESTIGATION & INTELLIGENCE SERVICES

In October 1997, my now retired father and I started offering ethical
surveillance and fraud investigation solutions to insurers in the UK under the
name of Robertson & Co.

Through the hard work of a dedicated team of great people and the support of an
expanding and loyal client base – some of whom we have had the privilege of
serving for the entire 26 years - we have enjoyed regular and sustained growth.
Operating from our base in Ongar, Essex and an innovation hub in South London,
we now employ some 130 staff, but we are still very much a family owned and
managed business, with the culture, values, regard for reputation and focus on
customer satisfaction that such ownership brings.

October 2022 marked our 25th anniversary and we continue to enjoy a challenging,
eventful, rewarding and very successful journey.

We invite you to explore our website to learn more about the diverse and growing
range of solutions that we already provide to government, insurer and corporate
clients. We are always working hard on developing new products and services, so
invite you to pop back periodically to catch up on the new directions in which
we are expanding.

The evolution, growth and diversification of our business over the past quarter
of a century has caused us to reflect on our company name. We marked our 25th
anniversary as a token of regard to our many clients by re-branding to the
trading style they have always referred to us by - Robertsons!
