Mike at Palladian Place helped me out with fixing my AC and making sure I had a
temporary unit in my apartment in the meantime. He sent out more help the next
day to replace a different part in my AC unit and got it up and running in no
time. Thanks again Mike!

Great place to call home! The maintenance team is so responsive, Mike, Joey and
Marc are always out and about, keeping everything clean. Always nice to walk by
the leasing office on the way to the gym. Everyone are always so nice and happy
to see you!

Resident Portal currently going through changes and it was difficult to make a
request online so I called to place a maintenance request. Mike responded in
about 15 minutes and got my request taken care of even faster. Super easy and
efficient.

Just had a visit from Mike the new Service Manager! It’s his first day on the
job. He got my sink fixed in 2-3 minutes then told me about his family. I’m
LOVING this Palladian Place! I don’t have to worry about anything here except
will I be in town for the next fun activity on the calendar here!
