     Many staff lacking in hospitality gene.
     Dining was a disaster - a disgrace 2 (often 1) untrained person to prepare
     & serve Raclette cheese for over 100 people and only 2 machines. They
     admitted, they had just 'learnt' that day - Are we in Valais or what?
     Welcome and check-in very underwhelming and not 5*.
     Beautiful view at least.

     THE BEST EXPERIENCE
     
     We loved it so much that we extended our first visit and then came back 2
     days later. A real home-from-home in a cocoon of luxury. The staff in every
     service were delightful, attentive, and thoroughly professional. We are

     You can have a very relaxing stay while enjoying the amenities and

     A great location with wonderful views but you have to wander a maze of
     dark, poorly marked halls to get anywhere. The rooms are comfortable but
     the decor borders kitsch with weird photos of partially dressed women on
     the walls. The attempt to be modern and different falls short when it comes

     EXCELLENT STAY EVERY YEAR
     
     I teach a yoga retreat every August at the W hotel. I look forward to this
     event every year.
     
     It is a beautiful hotel with excellent location, great design and great
     facilities. However it is the incredible kind people that work at the hotel
     who make our stay a truly magical experience and are the heart and soul of
     the hotel.
     
     It is hard work being in hospitality, meeting and providing service to very
     different customers.
     Every single person I met at the W hotel for all the years of teaching this
     retreat has been genuinely helpful, honestly interested in my stay, always
     in good mood, and remembers small details about me for the next year. This
     is incredible.
     
     The receptionists, the driver, the restaurant team - everyone is
     exceptionally professional and kind. The restaurant chef is a genius! The
     food was absolutely incredible.
     
     I am very thankful and wishing the whole W Verbier team an incredible year.
     And I know for sure that kindness and goodness you share with others will
     definitely come back to you.

     ENJOYABLE SUMMER STAY AT W VERBIER
     
     Enjoyable summer stay at the W Verbier. Hotel is handy to township & cable
     car yet quiet. The staff were very pleasant & a free shuttle bus to places
     in Verbier, including the Verbier festival concerts was available. The
     restaurant/bar has nice views and a DJ and atmosphere appropriate for over
     40s not just young people. A 5 star resort we look forward to visiting
