JOSH KOENIG

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer Pantheon
As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Pantheon, Josh is focused on making
the Open Web a first class platform for delivering results. Championing the
value of the developer experience, and the need to demonstrate impact with data,
his work combines the visionary ideals of Open Source with the pragmatic utility
of the agile approach. In 2021, Josh was recognized as a Top 25 Software
Products Executive by The Software Report. As a very early Drupal adopter (user
#3313), Josh was part of the team that drove the first high-profile public
Drupal use-case with the Howard Dean campaign in 2003. He went on to found the
Drupal Dojo, an online learning community for developers, and to co-found the
premiere Drupal agency in San Francisco, Chapter Three. The web is the
cornerstone of modern campaigns, causes, businesses and brands, and the demand
for quick, quality digital experiences is high and only getting higher. At
Pantheon, Josh’s mission is to liberate web teams from the confines of
enterprise monoliths and the drudgery of infrastructure operations so they focus
on their real strategic goals using the highest-quality tools of the trade.

CHRISTINA CACIOPPO

CEO & Co-Founder Vanta
Born in the Midwest and based in Silicon Valley, Christina Cacioppo sits at the
intersection of security, tech, and business. After starting her career in early
stage VC at Union Square Ventures, Christina went on to lead product management
for Dropbox Paper, bringing the product to market. At Dropbox, Christina
experienced firsthand the challenges and tradeoffs many teams face when trying
to scale adoption of a SaaS product without first having security certifications
in place. The Y Combinator alum is now the co-founder and CEO at Vanta, a
leading security and compliance platform backed by Sequoia Capital, where she is
pioneering a continuous, automated approach to security monitoring. Christina
received her Masters in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford
University and has taught Entrepreneurial Design courses at the School of Visual
Arts in New York City. In her spare time, she reads books, runs with no
destination, and cooks Sunday dinners for friends.

STEPHEN STOKOLS

CEO Boost Mobile
As Executive Vice President of Retail Wireless, Stephen is responsible for
sales, marketing, go-to-market strategy and operations for DISH’s retail
wireless brands. Stephen is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur and investor
who has driven revenue and user growth across both Fortune 500 and start-up
environments. Stephen most recently served as co-founder and CEO of mobile
carrier FreedomPop. In this capacity, he raised over $120 million in financing
and built FreedomPop into one of the fastest-growing mobile carriers before
selling it in 2019. Stephen earned numerous industry awards for his innovation
and disruptive impact on the wireless market and was named the Wireless
Industry’s most innovative executive in 2017 and E&Y’s Entrepreneur of the Year
in 2018. Prior to FreedomPop, Stephen founded Woo Media, where he built one of
the internet’s largest and most innovative interactive video communications
companies. Stephen turned Woo Media into a multi-million-dollar revenue stream,
selling it in November 2011. Stephen started his career at Accenture and was
elevated into his first executive leadership role in 2004, when he was promoted
to VP of eBusiness at Qwest Communications. He went on to build a track record
of bringing innovation, disruption and growth at the Fortune 500 level. He spent
three years as British Telecom’s SVP of Strategy and Product Development, where
he led all consumer product innovation. During his tenure, he generated $1
billion in new revenue, growing his P&L over 500% during that time and putting
BT at the forefront of online communications, digital media and Wi-Fi. Stephen
holds two graduate degrees, a Master of Business Administration from the
University of California, Berkeley and a Masters in Finance from London Business
School.

Clint helped found SugarCRM in 2004 with the goal of enabling companies around
the world to turn their customers into loyal fans. Today, he leads strategy and
acquisitions for the company. Clint was one of the original architects and
developers of the Sugar application and has focused on building out the product,
company, partners and community in a variety of executive roles.

Khalid El Khatib is the Chief Marketing Officer at Stack Overflow and is
responsible for marketing, communications, and advertising initiatives.
Throughout his career he’s elevated and transformed the awareness and perception
of global brands, most recently at GLG where he was Vice President of Marketing
and Communications. Before GLG he worked as a senior director at Group SJR, a
WPP agency, where he led a diverse portfolio that included General Electric,
Goldman Sachs, TED, and Xerox. He began his career working in communications at
Teach For America which fostered a passion for social impact; he continues to
volunteer in NYC schools and fundraises for numerous refugee relief
organizations today. Khalid graduated from Washington University in St. Louis
with a degree in political science and creative writing. In his free time he
contributes to VICE, them., and PAPER where he writes about art, culture, and
LGBTQ issues.

time-to-value. Before joining ServiceNow, Lara was a partner at Bain & Company,
where she worked for 17 years. While at Bain, Lara advised technology companies
on topics of growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, and M&A. Lara joined the
board of Confluent, the event streaming pioneer, in February 2020. She is also a
member of FirstBoard.io, whose mission is to increase female representation on
corporate boards and at the highest level of corporate governance and

Dave West is the CEO at Scrum.org. He is a frequent keynote at major industry
conferences and is a widely published author of articles and research reports,
along with his acclaimed book: Head First Object-Oriented Analysis and Design,

He led the development of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) for IBM/Rational.
