STAY 3-7 NIGHTS WHY STAY IN A CONDOMINIUM OR HOTEL WHEN YOU CAN HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE BEACH HOUSE WITH POOL AND HEATED SPA? This house is located in Daytona Beach Shores, close enough (5 minutes by car) to the heart of Daytona to enjoy all of the attractions, yet far enough to escape the crowds. You can walk to the beach, a mere block and a half away, or drive your car right onto the sand if you prefer. A park with a playground, pickle ball court, and fitness trail is at the end of the street, and a block away on the river side is the perfect spot to watch the sunsets. The house is close to everything the area has to offer: the beach, the river, a water park, Daytona Beach Pier, Daytona International Speedway, miniature golf, shopping, restaurants, turtle sanctuary, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and much more. For those who can't imagine Florida without Disney, the house is only a short drive (60-75 minutes) from Orlando and all of its numerous attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, etc. The Kennedy Space Center is less than an hour away, and only 25 minutes away is Blue Springs State Park, where you can see the manatees. The house itself is adorable, bright and clean. It has four bedrooms: three with queen beds, and one with two twin beds (put together to make a king). The fourth bedroom and second bath is in a separate building, perfect for a bit of extra privacy. The pool has a heated spa* and an outdoor shower - perfect to relax in after a day at the beach. Home away from home! JEFF W. 5-Stars Across the Board We LOVED the house! The "Mother-in-Law" suite in the back is were we actually stayed, and our friends took one of the inside bedrooms. The house was clean, and nicely "beach" decorated, the beds were great, the pool... PERFECT. The location was great. Easy walk to the beach, and easy drive to Daytona Beach, and to New Smyrna Beach to the south! This house is perfect for multiple couples. Only the kitchen is a little tight... but that's fine. The hot tub worked perfectly, here's plenty of sun, or shade around the pool. Just a true 5-star experience (for the VERY reasonable price). Nothing fancy/luxurious... just a very comfortable PRIVATE house by the beach! We'll be back! NANCY K. The house had everything you could want in a vacation home. The outdoor space was wonderful. The house was clean and felt like our home from the moment we arrived. There was plenty of towels and water toys to keep everyone in our group happy. We stayed over the Christmas and New Year weeks, and we were so excited to have a tree already up for our family to enjoy. This is a vacation home that really felt like home. IVELISSE N. Amazing Labor Day weekend at “Life’s a Beach” We had an awesome time at this place. The property is just a short walk to the beach and close to supermarkets, gift shops, pharmacy and restaurants. The house is well-maintained, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels and BBQ. The shed is equipped with everything you might need in a beach house including pool and beach chairs, floats and more. The washer and dryer are in the private room which faces the pool-we loved this room! Richard and Theresa left us a basket with delicious welcome snacks which was consumed immediately. THANK YOU! We enjoyed our days at the beach and in the evenings relax in the warm pool and heated spa. Richard and Theresa are very attentive and answered all the questions immediately.
