1. I hereby apply for Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank SuperCard Credit Card(“SuperCard”)
issued pursuant to the Co-Branding Credit Card arrangement between RBL Bank
Limited & Bajaj Finance Limited and I hereby agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. I have read and understood the contents of the application form, most
important terms and conditions (“MITC”), and Terms and Conditions as applicable
to Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank SuperCard Credit Card (“SuperCard”) Please refer

3. I agree and understand that my name and date of birth in the SuperCard
account will be updated by (“RBL Bank”) as per Aadhar Card.

4. I authorise RBL Bank Ltd. to download C-KYC details pertaining to me from the
the CKYC Registry(CERSAI) database to complete the KYC towards my SuperCard
application.I hereby provide consent to receive information from Central KYC
Registry through SMS/Email on the registered number/email address.

5. I agree and understand that in an event, I do not make payment of the amount
due as per the previous statement by the payment due date, interest at the rate
up to 3.99% per month (48% per annum) (“Finance Charges”) shall be payable on
such unpaid amount. I also understand that in case the full amount is due and
payable, the applicable Finance Charges on such delayed payment will be charged
by RBL Bank on my usage of the SuperCard from the date of such transaction.

6. I understand that the credit limit on my SuperCard is provided by RBL Bank
basis various parameters and at its sole discretion.

7.I hereby provide my consent to RBL Bank to call me for upgrading my SuperCard
(if eligible) basis my telephonic consent at the sole option and discretion of
RBL Bank.

Terms and Conditions

1. I declare that all the particulars and information given in the application
form are true, correct and complete and no material information has been
withheld/suppressed from RBL Bank. I shall furnish such additional writings as
may be required in connection with the financial assistance/s required by me. I
also authorise RBL Bank to check reference about me from any bank/persons.

2. I shall advise RBL Bank in writing of any change in my/our residential or
employment/ business address or any such change which may affect my
creditworthiness including notifying the bank once the current address is
updated with UIDAI.

3.I understand that RBL Bank reserves the right to retain the photographs and
documents submitted with this application and will not return the same to me. I
understand that the grant of SuperCard is at the sole discretion of RBL Bank and
upon my executing and submitting necessary documents and other formalities as
required by RBL Bank.

4. I confirm that no bankruptcy proceedings is pending against me nor have I
ever been adjudicated bankrupt. Further, I am not a director or a relative of
director of RBL Bank or any other bank or financial institution.

5. I understand and acknowledge that RBL Bank shall have the absolute
discretion, without assigning any reason (unless required by applicable law), to
reject me/ our application and that RBL shall not be responsible / liable in any
manner whatsoever to me/ us for such rejection or any delay in notifying me/us
of such rejection, any costs, losses, damages or expenses, or other
consequences, caused by reason of such rejection, or any delay in notifying me
of such rejection of my application.

6. I agree and understand that credit limits are subject to periodic review and
will vary based on the bank’s credit assessment of my SuperCard account and I
expressly authorise RBL Bank to decrease the credit limit on my SuperCard based
on its credit assessment, without prior notice to me.

7. RBL Bank will convey its decision within 30 working days from the date of
receipt of application provided the application is complete in all respects and
its submitted along with all the documents and/or any additional documents as
may be required by RBL Bank for proper appraisal of the application. The
computation of 30 days shall start from the day on which all the documents
required for a proper appraisal of the application are provided by the applicant
to RBL Bank.

8. I confirm that:

a. I hereby authorize and give consent to RBL Bank to disclose, without notice
to me, / related documents executed in relation to the SuperCard from RBL Bank,
to RBL Bank’s other branches.

b. I confirm that while applying for SuperCard I have provided digital and/or
oral consent using my mobile number (registered with Bajaj Finance Limited
(“BFL”), in the manner prescribed by RBL Bank.

c. No commitments have been made to me/us by RBL Bank or any of its
representatives regarding the credit limit on the credit card. Further we have
not given/ made any payment in cash, bearer cheque or kind along with or in
connection with this application to any representative of RBL Bank (or) to any
other third party.

d. I hereby submit voluntarily at my own discretion, the biometric based e-KYC
authentication or offline modes defined by UIDAI (Aadhaar) to RBL Bank for the
purpose of establishing my identity / address proof / link my Aadhaar for
receiving any benefit or subsidy under various government schemes with RBL Bank.

e. I hereby declare that all the information voluntarily furnished by me is
true, correct and complete. I will not hold RBL Bank or any of its officials
responsible in case of any incorrect information provided by me.

f. I hereby authorize RBL Bank to use my Aadhaar Number and/or
biometric/demographic information to verify my details from UIDAI. I understand
that RBL Bank will be calling for data from UIDAI and the same will be stored
with RBL Bank for providing me the product/ services opted by me. I also provide
my consent for e-KYC/offline verification for considering the current address of
my residence as stated in Application Form, if the said address is different
from the address updated in Aadhaar. I further authorize and give consent to RBL
Bank to share and disclose any/all Information as received KYC from UIDAI/
information furnished by me in application form(s) with BFL/credit
bureaus/statutory bodies/subsidiaries/affiliates/Credit Bureaus/Rating Agencies,
Services Providers, banks/financial institution, governmental/regulatory
authorities or third parties for KYC information verification, credit risk
analysis, or for other related purposes that RBL Bank may deem fit.

g. I am not a relative of the director of other banks*, not a firm in which a
director or a relative of directors or other banks* are interested partner/
guarantor, not a director/ senior officer/ relative of the director or senior
officer of the bank*.
*Includes directors of scheduled co-operative banks and their relatives,
directors of subsidiaries/trustees of mutual funds/venture capital funds set up
by the financing banks or other banks. If the above declaration is found to be
false then the Bank will be entitled to revoke and/or recall the facility.

h. I declare that I am not a politically exposed person or not related to
politically exposed persons (as defined and amended by Reserve Bank of India
from time to time).

i. I confirm that I understand english language in both written and oral form
and will be able to understand all documents shared by RBL Bank in english
language

9. I agree and understand that, the overall Credit Limit on the new Card will be
merged by RBL Bank into the Credit Limit of the existing RBL Bank Credit Card/
SuperCard (as applicable).

10. I understand that the Most Important Terms and Conditions will be shared in
the digital form only and no physical copy will be sent as a part of the welcome
kit.

11. Consent to Bajaj Finance Ltd. (BFL)

a. I further provide my consent to BFL to share the KYC documents and bank
account details submitted by me to BFL with RBL Bank for processing my
application of SuperCard and products related to SuperCard.

b. I hereby provide my consent to receiving communications from BFL and its
group companies, business associates, agents, or representatives in relation to
the SuperCard, BFL products, and other third-party products including loan
offers, promotional communications through telephone, e-mail, or digital means.

12. I understand that the bank allows a one time option to change my Billing
cycle basis my preference. One time request for change in billing cycle can be
submitted by calling customer services 022-71190900.

13. I agree and hereby provide my consent to RBL Bank for using my Aadhaar
biometric e-KYC along with other related details for availing savings/current
account services and also to be contacted for the same.

14. I/We understand that as a precondition, relating to grant of
loans/advances/other non-fund-based credit facilities to me/us, RBL Bank
requires consent for the disclosure by the Bank, of information and data
relating to me/us, of the credit facility availed of/to be availed of by me/us,
obligations assumed/to be assumed by me/us, in relation thereto and default, if
any, committed by me/us in discharge thereof. Accordingly, I/we hereby agree and
give consent for the disclosure by the Bank of all or any such; (i) information
and data relating to me/us; (ii) the information or data relating to any credit
facility availed of/to be availed of by me/us and (iii) default, if any,
committed by me/us in discharge of my/our such obligation, as the Bank may deem
appropriate and necessary, to Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL)
and any other agency authorised in this behalf by Reserve Bank of India /
Government of India and CIBIL and any such agency may use, process the said
information and data disclosed by the Bank; and CIBIL and any other agency so
authorised may furnish for consideration, the processed information and data or
products thereof prepared by them, to banks/financial institutions and other
credit grantors, as may be specified by the Reserve Bank in this behalf.


DECLARATION

1. I hereby apply for Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank SuperCard Credit Card(“SuperCard”)

disclosed in this application form) by the Bank, without any further consent or
authorisation from me to its Group Companies/Subsidiaries/Affiliates/Service
providers for the purpose of marketing & promotional offers offered by the Bank
through calls, sms, email or any other mode.
I am a Tax resident of India and do not have any Tax Liability in any other
country.
I hereby apply for "Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank Co-branded Credit Card" and agree to
the above Terms & Conditions.
I hereby confirm not to share my OTP with any third party for the following:
Credit card dispatch/courier, credit limit increase or charges waiver, card
upgrade, card activation, Offer or reward point of any kind
