respond to your request consistent with applicable law, taking into account the
type and sensitivity of the personal information subject to the request. You may
make a request on behalf of a child who is under 13 years old if you are the
child’s parent or legal guardian. If you make a Request to Delete, we may ask
you to confirm your request before we delete your personal information.

verification process, we may request that you provide, as applicable, proof

    business in California;
 2. Proof of a power of attorney from the resident pursuant to Probate Code
    sections 4121-4130.

If you are an authorized agent and have not provided us with a power of attorney
from the resident pursuant to Probate Code sections 4121-4130, we may also
require the resident to:

 1. Verify the resident’s own identity directly with us; or
 2. Directly confirm with us that the resident provided you permission to make

discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights under the CCPA.

Do Not Track Signals: onsemi responds to Do Not Track signals to the extent
received from a web browser.

Non-California Residents: onsemi will seek to honor requests to exercise the
above rights made by non-California residents to the extent required by
applicable law.


6. COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES AND MARKETING (OPT-OUT).

If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can indicate
your communications preference within the direct communication from us or
through your account/profile settings. You may not opt-out of administrative
emails (for example, emails about your transactions or policy changes) for your
registered account. We may share Personal Information with our corporate
affiliates, who share our brand, for their direct marketing purposes.
California's "Shine the Light" law, Civil Code section 1798.83, requires certain
businesses to respond to requests from California customers asking about the
businesses' practices related to disclosing personal information to third
parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. You may email us at

As we operate internationally, and many of our computer systems are currently
