Meet Aitana - the first Spanish AI model earning up to €10,000 per month

Here’s how Rubén Cruz, her designer, turned a difficult time into an
opportunity:

Last summer, Rubén didn't have many clients.

Many projects were put on hold or cancelled due to problems beyond his control.

So, here’s what he did:

→ He created Aitana, a 25 year old, pink-haired woman from Barcelona

→ She is the first Spanish model created by artificial intelligence

→ The virtual model can earn up to € 10,000 a month (average is € 3,000)

→ Since then she has gained more than 294,000 Followers on Instagram

→ Her photos get thousands of views and reactions

→ She even receives private messages from celebrities who are unaware that she
is not an actual person

→ She has been asked out by a well-known Latin American actor. This actor has
about 5 million Followers. The actor has no idea Aitana don't exist

The designer of Aitana believes this could help bring down market prices for the
industry and give a boost to small companies that cannot afford big advertising
campaigns.

that strategy won't make you the office Hercules. And thinking a single
inspiring workshop will magically transform the corporate culture?

Well, that's like expecting a single cup of coffee to solve Monday blues.

One of the challenges in many workplaces is this unwavering trust in being
overly serious. The notion that seriousness and fun are sworn enemies. But hey,
if you tackle your work with a playful attitude, you can still do a serious job
and be very quality-conscious – all while feeling joy and playfulness.

5 main reasons women are paid less than man.

1 Discrimination & Bias
Gender bias persists on both conscious and unconscious levels globally. Although
a Harvard Business Review study revealing that women excel in 17 out of the top
19 leadership qualities, such as problem-solving, communication skills, and
innovativeness – women are consistently overlooked by employers, who still tend
to view men as being more competent and given more than 15% higher base salary.

2 Bonus Gap
Not only are women encountering imbalances in base salaries, but they are also
receiving less in performance bonuses. A study by Mercer study revealed that
men, with identical performance ratings, were receiving up to 35% more in
performance bonuses compared to women.

3 Female-Dominated Industries Attracting Lower Wages
Female-dominated industries tend to attract lower wages, a reality that,
regrettably, is widely accepted. However, a study examining data from 1950 to
2000 revealed that when women entered previously male-dominated fields, average
salaries dropped. This suggests that gender bias and societal pressures
contribute to undervaluing women's work and discourage women from pursuing
higher-paying, male-dominated jobs.

4 Family
Women often face challenges in returning to work after pregnancy due to a lack
of flexibility. The gender pay gap can further contribute to a situation where
the person with the lower salary, often the woman, is more likely to stay at

What!!?? Giving away one day to my employees can not be a good idea?

Lamborghini has become the first European carmaker to implement a four-day
workweek for its production workers without reducing pay.

The agreement with unions includes a hike in annual wages, additional benefits,
and the creation of 500 new jobs.

Lamborghini’s deal with the unions is part of a broader renegotiation involving
a framework contract for workers at its parent company, Volkswagen. The shorter
workweek is expected to save production workers 22 working days a year.

The move follows successful trials of the 32-hour workweek in the U.S. and U.K.,
showing productivity, health, and job retention gains.

It may sound crazy to give away time, but motivation can actually make the
productivity to go up. A healthy Corporate Culture will improve the morale and

I am still fascinated by science fiction movies and Terminator 2, with
Schwarzenegger, is a good example of how mankind feared AI”. Will some of it

My view of future homes

Sustainable and Eco-friendly Homes with renewable energy sources (such as solar
panels), and the use of recycled or sustainable building materials.

Smart Homes will be equipped with advanced automation systems that allow
residents to control lighting, security, heating, and more through voice
commands or smartphone apps.

Compact and Multi-functional Living Spaces where furniture and living spaces
could be designed to serve multiple purposes, adapting to the needs of the
occupants.

Virtual reality could allow architects and homeowners to explore designs before
construction, while augmented reality could enhance interior decorating and
maintenance.

My view of future transportation

Autonomous Vehicles and Shared Mobility Services like ride-sharing and
car-sharing, which could lead to safer and more efficient transportation.

High-speed rail networks may offer faster and more sustainable options for
long-distance travel and maybe small electric aircraft and drones for people
commuting and reducing traffic congestion.
