store their merchandise at locations nearest to their customers, which
significantly lowers the shipping surcharge on e-commerce purchases. Our
investment in a cloud-based e-track software system with an API for full
integration into popular or custom shopping cart applications or stock control
programs allows us to fulfil clients’ website orders by packaging and shipping
the items from the warehouse to the purchaser using stock from the nearest
warehouse.
OUR INTERNATIONAL TRADE SERVICES
We have our own customs bonded facilities at the country’s primary entry and
exit points, allowing us to handle all the customs clearance of in- and outgoing
freight on behalf of our clients. The benefit of this is that parcels always
remain under our strict control and are tracked throughout their journey. All
taxes and duties are transparently calculated, checked, and filed with the
relevant authorities. We liaise directly with Australian Customs, Australian
Quarantine (AQIS), and international shipping and airline companies.
Exporters have the option of several delivery configurations for their goods,
including delivered duty unpaid (DDU) and delivered duty paid (DDP). We also
offer a returns service for domestic and international trade, expertly handling
the necessary documentation for filing with the various tax and other regulatory
authorities.
