Which products can I buy online?


A wide range of products are available to buy online, including lighting, sheds,
bathroom, kitchen and plants. To find products that can be bought online, use
the 'Order Online' filter on search results pages and product listing pages.

Why aren't all products available to buy online?


Not all products we stock in-store are available to purchase online - this may
be due to size, delivery or because it is a custom-made product. These products
can be purchased in-store. If you need help to get a product home or to site,
just ask a team member at your local store who will help to organise delivery.
In many of our stores we also offer trailers or vehicle hire to help you get big
and bulky items home.

Can I return products I have bought online to my local Bunnings?


You can return an item to your local Bunnings store if you've received a
damaged/faulty product, or if you've changed your mind. Please refer to our
returns policy.

For a change of mind on products purchased from Bunnings, if you're unable to
return the item to your local Bunnings store then you'll have to cover the
postage/delivery cost of returning the item. If you've received a damaged or
faulty item, Bunnings will cover the cost of return.

product page, and will include details of any postage/delivery costs associated
with change of mind returns.

How will I receive my refund?


Your refund will be processed back into the same account you used to make the

ORDERS AND DELIVERY



Why can't I purchase all products online?


Some products we stock aren't available for purchase online and need to be
purchased in-store. If you need help to get a product home or to site, just ask
a Team Member at your local store who can help organise delivery. In many of our
stores we also offer trailers or vehicle hire to help you get big and bulky
items home. We'll continue to listen to customers to ensure we are offering the
best experience possible and our online products and services are of real value.

How much does delivery cost?



Delivery costs are calculated at the time of checkout. They vary based on the
type of service or size of the vehicle required to deliver the product, whether
the seller is Bunnings or a third party Trusted Seller, as well as where it's
being delivered.

How long will my delivery take?



Place your order by Saturday 18th December to receive your delivery in time for
Christmas Day, excluding Special Order and Marketplace products.

For products ranged in-store, expect delivery within 2-5 days. For Special Order
items which are sent directly from our suppliers, expect delivery within 7-14
working days. For products purchased directly from third party Trusted Sellers,
delivery options are listed on each product's product page.

What if the product I want isn't able to be ordered online?


Our online range gives customers access to products that were previously only
available to order in-store. For some products, such as custom-made products or
products with specific delivery requirements that need to be confirmed with you,
please contact the team at the Special Orders Desk at your local Bunnings who
can order these items for you.

Can I cancel my order?


Yes, you can cancel your order in most cases. Please contact Customer Support
at customersupport@bunnings.com.au for assistance.
Where you have purchased your product directly from a third party Trusted
Seller, that Trusted seller may need to accept your order cancellation.

Can I make changes to my order?


We will always make our best effort to accommodate any changes. Please contact
Customer Support, customersupport@bunnings.com.au, who will endeavour to assist
you with your query.

Yes, select 'Delivery' at the time of purchase and your item will be delivered
to you. There are, however, some products that can't be delivered. To check if a
product can be delivered to your area, enter your postcode on the product page
for delivery details.

What are Special Orders?


Special Orders gives you access to even more products stocked by our suppliers
that aren't currently stocked on our shelves. From sheds to children's play
equipment, bathroom taps to ceiling lights, Special Orders gives you even more
choice.

What kinds of Special Orders products are available to buy online?


A wide range of Special Orders products are available to buy online, including
lighting, sheds, bathroom, kitchen and advanced plants. To find products that
can be bought online, use the 'Order Online' filter on search results pages and
product listing pages.

How do I remove a product from my cart?


On the cart page, select 'Remove' beneath the quantity and the item will be
taken out of your cart.

How do I buy a Special Orders product online?


Any product that has the blue Special Orders icon and 'Order Online' tick can be
purchased online. Review the product’s delivery options on the product detail
page, add it to your cart, then check out online.

Who will deliver my order?


We and the third party Trusted Sellers who offer products on our website use a
range of different freight and transport providers depending on the type of
product and where it's being delivered.

Can I change my delivery address after submitting an order?


Yes, you can change your delivery address. Please contact Customer Support at
customersupport@bunnings.com.au for assistance.

I'm missing a product from my order, what should I do?

Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?


If you won't be home, you can give the transport provider authority to leave the
delivery. The provider will then supply a proof of delivery note, including a
photo of the item and its placement. Metro deliveries only.

Do you deliver overseas?


We and the Trusted Sellers who offer products on our website can only deliver to
Australian addresses.

Can I order from overseas and have the product delivered to an address in
Australia?


Yes, you can order products from overseas on bunnings.com.au but items can only
be delivered to Australian addresses.

Can I buy Gift Cards online?


Yes, you can buy Bunnings Gift Cards online. Buy a Gift Card.

Do you offer Click & Collect?



Currently, only products at warehouses in Victoria (excluding Brunswick and
Werribee), New South Wales (excluding Carlingford, Gordon, Valley Heights and
Warringah Mall), Western Australia (excluding East Victoria Park, Kalamunda),
Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and ACT are available
for next day Click & Collect.

These products will have the Click & Collect icon visible on the website.

Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?


Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf. They'll need to provide
a copy of the order confirmation and photo ID in store when collecting your
order.

What methods of payment do you accept?


Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Zip, Openpay and Diners
Club International.

When will I be charged for my order?


Payment will be processed immediately following a successful transaction.

Can I pay with a Gift Card online?


You can't pay with a Gift Card online at this time. This service will be
