User Re-validation

As part of an Employee Validation Manager's roles and responsibilities, you will
be required to do quarterly audits of your users. An email notification will be
sent to you stating that a user needs to be re-validated. This email
notification occurs quarterly and is triggered by their initial date or
re-validation date. You are responsible for reviewing these users and their
accesses to ensure they are current.

EVMs are encouraged to be proactive! Employees change roles frequently and may
leave your company. If you know of employees who should have their application
access removed, please do not wait until quarterly re-validation. Go into the
EVM tools and deactivate them as soon as possible to ensure your data within
Intel's tools stays secure!

Important! If you do not re-validate your users within the allotted timeframe,
their application access will be automatically removed. If the users want to
continue to use the applications, they will need to request access again.

Note: The quarterly audits of an employee's access is based on when the user's
access was approved. Therefore, you may receive a few of these requests at any
one time, as opposed to having to review all of your users at one time each 90
days.
