HOW DOES THE NEO PLAN WORK?
To avail this offer just follow 3 simple steps
Step 1:
Simply sign-up with the NEO pricing & submit your KYC details to complete your
Razorpay onboarding.
Step 2:
Once this is done, you’ll need to start the process for your RazorpayX Current
Account no more than 15 days from when you signed up. To do so simply initiate
the Current Account process from your Razorpay dashboard.
Step 3:
Our banking experts will reach out to you and let you know of the next steps and
the documents required for a RazorpayX Current Account.
Please note that if you are unable to open a current account with RazorpayX in
under 60 days your Plan will go automatically switch back to the Classic Plan.

What is the eligibility criteria for this plan?
The Neo pricing is only applicable for new users (excluding unregistered
business types) who are signing up on Razorpay via the Neo pricing.
How does this Current Account compare to my bank?
Your RazorpayX Current Account not only comes with all standard banking features
like cheque book, debit card, and account statements plus great tech
capabilities like insightful financial reports, instant payouts, approvals
workflow, API banking, and more.
Is the offer applicable to existing / old merchants?
No this offer is not applicable to existing customers. Only new signups who opt
in for neo pricing plan are eligible for this.
What Razorpay products does the NEO pricing cover?
The promotion covers transactions done via Payment Gateway, Payment Links,
Payment Buttons, Payment Pages, Invoices, BharatQR, ePOS app and Subscriptions.
Transactions done via Smart Collect (Bank transfers) are not included in the
promotional pricing.
