Active offer a range of Group Fitness classes, from Pilates to HIIT, that cater
for all abilities. Our professional instructors will provide essential support
and guidance if you are just starting out on your fitness journey, and will push
those of you with more experience so you get the best results.

At Active we're passionate about swimming. Our teaching team love to teach
people of all ages and offer lessons for Adults and Children from the age of 3
years. Some of our instructors are qualified Trainer Assessors and also teach
people to become teachers themselves!
