Jon Baker is an Australian litigator based in Perth, Western Australia,
practising at Squire Patton Boggs (AU).

Jon is a specialist in complex litigation/disputes and regulatory
investigations. He has acted for Australian SME and ASX listed, overseas
domiciled, and multinational corporations, including the majority of the
corporations in ASX’s 20 top market capitalised index.

Jon’s practice focuses on corporate insolvency, and commercial, administrative
and regulatory dispute resolution and litigation.

Jon has worked in the legal industry since 2007, and has experience operating at
