QUALIFY.

Green Bridge will provide assistance to you in obtaining proper medical
documentation for your qualified condition.


CERTIFICATION.

We will schedule you with one of our staff certification doctors. Click on your
state above to learn more.


RECEIVE CARD.

After you are certified, Green Bridge will assist you in logging into your
patient portal to pay the state fee. Most patients usually receive their card in
the mail within a week.


DISPENSARY.

We will assist you in finding a state licensed dispensary to obtain your
medication, and help prepare you for your trip to the dispensary.

HELLO.

My name is Ron Boyles and I founded the Green Bridge Society to help patients &
care givers navigate the medical marijuana program. We guide & educate you
through the entire process of receiving your medical marijuana card. Now with
telemedicine, getting certified or re-certified is easier than ever.

We want to help others the way medical marijuana has helped us. We work with an
array of licensed physicians and state licensed dispensaries to ensure you
receive the best help, service and medication.


RON BOYLES’ STORY

I spent most of my life unhealthy and over medicated. I was on a dozen
medications deemed necessary by my doctors. I didn’t care I was losing
everything. Family. Friends. Finances. I was dead once anyway.

At some point you lose all hope of your life ever being the same as it was,
before __________. Just fill in the blank. I was there.

Then came cannabis. Look at my pictures then and now. I revere this plant in the
highest regards and take this very seriously.

I want to help you find a better quality of life like I did. To cross the “Green
Bridge” built upon cannabis. I can help get you started.

 * Cachexia

 * Cancer

 * Chronic traumatic encephalopathy

 * Crohn’s disease

 * Epilepsy or another seizure disorder

 * Fibromyalgia

 * Glaucoma

 * Hepatitis C

 * Huntington’s disease

 * Inflammatory bowel disease

 * Multiple sclerosis

 * Pain that is either chronic and severe or intractable

 * Parkinson’s disease

 * Positive status for HIV

 * Post-traumatic stress disorder

 * Sickle cell anemia

 * Spasticity

 * Spinal cord disease or injury

 * Terminal illness

 * Tourette syndrome

 * Traumatic brain injury

 * Ulcerative colitis

Conditions determined to be covered by pain that is either chronic or
intractable:

 * Arthritis

 * Complex region pain syndrome

 * Position status for human immunodeficiency virus or acquired immune
   deficiency syndrome

 * Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

 * Parkinson’s disease

 * Multiple sclerosis

 * Damage to the nervous tissue of the spinal cord with objective neurological
   indication of intractable spasticity 

 * Epilepsy 

 * Neuropathies

 * Huntington’s disease

 * Crohn’s disease 

 * Post-traumatic stress disorder 

 * Intractable seizures

 * Sickle cell anemia

 * Severe chronic or intractable pain of neuropathic origin or severe chronic or
   intractable pain

 * Terminal illness that is defined as a medical prognosis of life expectancy of
   approximately one year or less if the illness runs its normal course

 * Cancer, including remission therapy

 * Crohn’s disease

 * Damage to the nervous tissue of the central nervous system (brain-spinal
   cord) with objective neurological indication of intractable spasticity, and
   other associated neuropathies

 * Dyskinetic and spastic movement disorders

 * Epilepsy

 * Glaucoma

 * HIV / AIDS

 * Huntington’s disease

 * Inflammatory bowel disease

 * Intractable seizures
