WHAT IS KIA LEASING ?

Kia Leasing is an option available to Professionals and SME customers where they
can experience a brand new car without actually owning it. Customer can select
the car model, variant, color and agreed usage, rentals will be charged based on
the agreed parameters . This come with Zero Down payment. At the end of the
lease period the vehicle shall be returned back to Preffered leasing partner and
allow the customer to select any new Kia model.


WHICH CITIES IS KIA LEASING AVAILABLE IN?

The product offering is currently available in 6 locations

 * Delhi - NCR
 * Mumbai
 * Pune
 * Bangalore
 * Chennai
 * Hyderabad


WHAT CAR MODELS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LEASE?

All variants of Kia Sonet, Seltos and Carens


WHAT ARE THE TENOR AND MILEAGE OPTIONS AVAILABLE

Customer can choose from the available tenure options of 24,36,48 and 60 Months
and mileage option of 10000 kms, 15000kms and 20,000 kms per annum. The monthly
lease rent will vary based on usage period and mileage option selected


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MAINTENANCE AND VALUE ADDED SERVICE?*

 * Schedule Maintenance Services as per manufacturer specification.
 * Breakdown Maintenance – covers any maintenance required due to any mechanical
   issues in the vehicle.
 * One set of Tyre (4) and Battery (1) will be provided during the entire lease
   period.*
 * Pick up and drop services for maintenance purposes.
 * 24 hours Preffered leasing partner Helpline number.
 * Accident Repair claim facilitation.

Applicable for all leases which are of 36,48 and 60 months tenure.


WILL THIS BE A BRAND NEW CAR?

Preffered leasing partner shall procure a brand new car based on variant and
color selected by customer. Such delivery will be done from the dealership of
Kia. The process of delivery will be similar to any new car delivery from
Dealership.


WHOSE NAME WILL THE CAR BE REGISTERED IN?

The car will be registered in the name of customer / User with the Hypothecation
of Preffered leasing partner. The Insurance copy will be in the name of the
Customer with Preffered leasing partner as Loss Payee.


WHAT WILL BE THE REGISTRATION CATEGORY OF THE CAR?

Private registration with white plate


WHAT ACCESSORIES WILL I GET ALONG WITH THE CAR?

The car will come fitted with all standard accessories provided by manufacturer
for the particular model and variant selected by customer.


WHAT DO I NEED TO PAY TO GET THE CAR?

Processing Fee + Security Deposit (Equivalent to one month Lease Rental) + First
Lease Rental


WHEN WILL BE THE PAYMENT CYCLE OF MONTHLY FEE?

The monthly rental will start from the 1st of following month of the delivery of
the car and future rentals is payable on 1st of every subsequent month.
Proportionate rental will be charged from the day car is delivered till first of
the following month. Rental payment will be made through ECS/PDC


HOW WILL PAYMENT WORK?

The payments for the full period of lease will be through ECS which will be an
automatic debit mechanism to your bank account.


WHO WILL PAY FOR TOLLS, PARKING, INTER-STATE TAXES, FUEL AND TRAFFIC VIOLATION
FINES ?

Customer has to pay all required toll, parking charges, PUC's, fines which are
mandated by governing authorities and tyre punctures. All these are not covered
in the contract


ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS TO WHERE I CAN TRAVEL?

The vehicle is to driven within the location where it is delivered, however if
the customer wants to drive within the state or outside the state, prior
intimation to Preffered leasing partner is required.


ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHAT CAN I USE THE CAR FOR?

You can use the car for all the normal requirements. Abnormal usage (e.g., speed
racing, stunt driving, towing/pushing/propelling, usage for transportation of
goods or people on commercial basis, transportation of large/heavy/hazardous
items) is not allowed.


IS THERE LIMIT ON KMS DRIVEN?

Kilometers driven shall be dependent on the mileage options selected at time
inception. Incase there is usage over the agreed kilometers, Extra kilometer
charge will apply


CAN I BUY MY OWN INSURANCE?

Insurance for full period of Lease is covered in your rentals. Preffered leasing
partner will take the yearly Insurance and share the policy document with you.


WHAT CONDITION DO I NEED TO RETURN THE CAR IN?

The Vehicle has to be returned on/before the closure date of lease. The Vehicle
has to be returned in good order and condition, normal wear and tear accepted.
The vehicle return should include:

 * Original RC book.
 * all Manuals including Service booklets as was available ta the time of
   Delivery
 * Original Insurance Policy document
 * Valid PUC
 * 2 sets of Keys as was given at time of delivery.

On return the vehicle will be inspected and charges levied for :

 * damages to the car which are beyond good order and condition.
 * missing parts and accessories
 * missing documents
 * replaced part which was not part of the original fitment at time of delivery.
 * damages to upholstery (torn / fabric discoloration)
 * Extra kms driven
 * damaged caused for removing of any part
