Update: November funds disbursement review has been completed. Nonprofits may be
aware of a recent financial disbursement that was reversed. This action was
initiated by Benevity out of an abundance of caution after a small number of
nonprofit disbursements were flagged for additional review.

This review is now complete and we will now begin to redisburse all donated
funds to your account. You can expect funds to be redeposited into your account
in accordance with the following Foundation disbursement schedule:

 * Funds from American Online Giving Foundation: As early as Dec 6, 2023
 * Funds from Canadian Online Giving Foundation: As early as Dec 7, 2023
 * Funds from UK Online Giving Foundation: As early as Dec 11, 2023
 * Funds from Irish Online Giving Foundation: As early as Dec 18, 2023



We are working as fast as we can to redisburse these funds and appreciate your
patience. There is no further action required on your part and we apologize for
any inconvenience this additional due diligence has caused.

Please note: We are experiencing very high support volumes, response times may
be delayed.
