Statement date, your account number and security code in the upper left corner
of each page.




2 - Contact Us


How to reach us for help with your bill.




3 - Summary


At a glance: your charges, payments and credits for this bill.




4 - Current Charges and Due Date


The total amount due and payment due date.




5 - Mail Payment Coupon


The coupon found at the bottom of your mailed statement helps to make sure that
your payment is credited to the right account.

Detach this coupon, follow the instructions, complete the information as
requested, and mail the coupon with your payment in the envelope provided.

Note: Write your account number on your check or money order and make sure our
address appears in the return envelope window.




6 - Spectrum News


Important messages, reminders and offers. You’ll find special events, savings
opportunities, news and promotions.




7 - Billing Address


Make sure our address shows in the window of the return envelope provided.




8 - Charge Details


Itemized details of transactions during this billing period.




9 - Adjustments


Explanations of any additional credits or fees applied.




10 - Fees and Charges


Required telecommunications taxes, fees and charges. For more information,
please see the Billing Information section of your bill (lower right corner).




11 - Other Charges


Includes one-time charges, such as installation fees, Pay-Per-View purchases, On
Demand rentals, change of service charges, and applicable trouble call charges.

For TV customers, this also includes Broadcast TV surcharge, a pass through
reflecting charges assessed to Charter Communications by the local broadcasters
or local “network affiliated” TV stations.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST STATEMENT

Your statement cycle starts on the first day of your service. Your first bill
will include charges for services, equipment lease fees, installation charges
and taxes. Statements after that should reflect charges for one-month advanced
billing.

You’ll receive your first bill after installation, and subsequent bills 30 days
later, per your billing cycle.


PAST DUE BALANCE

This is your previous balance minus any payments received. If we didn’t receive
payment for your outstanding balance prior to the statement date, your account
will show a past-due amount.

Note: Unpaid outstanding balances are subject to a late fee. This means you
won't be able to order Pay-Per-View or order On Demand programming.


DISPUTING A CHARGE

If there's a billing discrepancy, contact us within 60 days of your billing
date.
