24 HOURS COUNTDOWN REMINDER



Since Meta have limited to conversation with bot users is on 24-hour timeline
without charge. can we have a 24-hour countdown reminder clock for each user?

If you provide the facility to export and import flow, then it would be easy to
move the bot for the developers.

BILLING NOTIFICATIONS



At the moment, notifications are sent immediately, and accounts are suspended,
which is causing issues. It would make more sense if there were a way to receive
a notification 2-3 days earlier, so we would have enough time to make the
payment or discuss it with the team. Also, it would make more sense to have a
grace period where bot would be active, even if the payment does not happen on
the due date bcause it is pretty much impossible to monitor emails all the time,
it would create a lot of issues if there were an issue with the bot.

BILLING INFORMATION BY E-MAIL



I need to add another email address to receive billing information, such as the
invoice, in addition to my own. Currently, I have to forward them to my finance
department so they can organize the payments. Usually, platforms allow me to add
additional email addresses to receive billing and payment information.

DELAY OPTION IN MESSAGE BLOCK ON CHANNELS WITHOUT TYPING



It would be great to have a delay option on the Message Block in Channels that
doesn't have the typing option. It is much easier and more organized to place
the delay time within the message block than a a smart delay block

ADD RECURRENCE TO BROADCASTS

Need your opinion

Currently we can create a Broadcast and run it now or schedule it for a given
date, and that's it; there are no recurrence options, and actually the
recurrence patterns are what makes a Broadcast powerful. Recurrence will allow
us to do more complex things like: - Send reminders, notices, offers and other
information that require complex schedule patterns. - Re-engage the attention of
our contacts before the end of the 24-hour session - Subscribe our contacts to
newsletters based on different calendar events - Etc. What I propose is that
when we pick Schedule for later we get a checkbox for Recurrence; when we
checked this new options we can see a bunch of other options like these:

ABILITY TO SEE BOT USER STUCK ON WHICH STEP



UChat flow builder is way more powerful than GHL Automation. But there is 1
feature I like in GHL workflow, which is the ability to see how many subscribers
get stuck on which automation step and ability to move them forward regardless.
It makes it super easy for us to debug. Could this be something that UChat can
implement?

PASSWORD RESET POWER FOR WORKSPACE MEMBERS MANUALLY FOR OWNERS AND PARTNERS



As a partner, we often need to prepare a workspace in advance for a new client
by creating accounts and adding members. However, in cases where members forget
their passwords, and the initial emails were fictitious, password recovery
becomes impossible. To avoid the need for support requests, it would be ideal if
owners and partners could reset a member's password directly. Companies like
Zoho and HubSpot have mechanisms for administrators to reset passwords,
generating a temporary password that the user must change upon their first
login. Is it possible to implement a similar feature? PS: I understand that the
correct approach is to send the invitation to valid emails and wait for the
members to accept the invitation. However, at times, we need to prioritize the
speed of implementation.

PROVIDE COPY BUTTON INSIDE CONDITION BLOCK



Call me lazy... but a copy button inside a condition block would be really
helpful. Imagine having multiple conditions to evaluate the user intents. If
copy button is available, then creating a new condition would be as easy as a 2
step process: 1. hit the copy button 2. just edit the intent text

GOOGLE DRIVE INTEGRATION



Many clients of us need to ask to their bot users pics but then these images
must be saved outside UChat. Integrating with Google Drive will allow us to
create a folder in a specific space and save all the images in the conversation
there so with Pabbly or Zapier we can move them wherever are needed.
