Dr Nikhil Dattatraya Kulkarni has graduated (MBBS) from Grant Medical College,
Mumbai. After which he completed his MD in Pediatrics from Smt. NHL Municipal
Medical College, Ahmedabad. The quest and interest in Neonatology made him
pursue DM in Neonatology which he completed from the prestigious St. Johns
Medical College, Bangalore. He later obtained laurels from National Board of
Examination to add further degrees to his quiver. He added DNB in Pediatrics and
DrNB in Neonatology. He is a member of National Neonatology Forum (NNF), Indian
Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) and an international member of the American Academy
of Pediatrics (AAP).

He worked for a year in Warangal, Telangana. At Warangal he was the first DM
Neonatologist in the city. He worked at Prashanthi Hospitals in Warangal where
he had 1000 newborn admissions under him. The Neonatal Mortality rate (NMR)
achieved under him by the hospital was <5/1000 live births. His interest in
General Pediatrics did not dwindle which led him to see around 1000 pediatric
patients both inpatients and outpatients combined during that tenure. The
delivery of triplets under his care was the hallmark of his tenure there.

After the brief stint in Warangal, he was called upon by Hyderabad’s prestigious
and famous Rainbow Childrens’ Hospital and Birthright  to be their flag bearer
of the Department of Neonatology at the LB Nagar branch. He worked as the Lead
Consultant Neonatologist and Pediatrician there for more than 5 years. The
change of place did not deter him with his connect to his patients and he soon
became one of the leading Pediatrician and Neonatologist of that locality. In 5
years of his tenure, he saw around 50,000 patients in outpatient department of
the hospital and had around 3000 inpatients under him. The NMR there under him
was around 5/1000 live births. His interest in Lactation field also made him
work as a Lactation Consultant and support many mothers who earlier were feeding
formula feeds to change and feed exclusively breastmilk. The multiple places of
his practice during his career made him a multilinguist.

The desire to serve his native community made him leave his well settled
Hyderabad practice and come to Nasik to serve the Nasikkars.




Dr. Prachi Deshmukh Kulkarni has treated 1000+ patients during her career stint
at various medical colleges and hospitals. She was a Maharashtra state topper
ranked #1 during her 10th & 12th Board exams and has done her M.B.B.S from the
prestigious BJ Medical College Pune. After graduation, she did her Postgraduate
in Medicine (MD) from Government Medical College Nanded.

Dr. Prachi brings with her an extensive experience in General Medicine by
treating 1000+ patients at Sassoon Hospital Pune, SGGS Govt Medical Hospital
Nanded, Shri Phulabai Bansode Hospital Latur, and Vilasrao Deshmukh Govt Medical
College, and Hospital Latur. Her aspirations to treat needy and poor patients
and especially at affordable costs did not stop here, she then completed her
DrNB in Neurology from Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad to make
a larger impact in the society so that she can treat poor patients with
neurological disorders at affordable costs where the cost of treatments easily
exceeds the normal paying capacities.

Post her DrNB, she worked as a Consultant Neurologist at Pragma Hospitals,
Hyderabad after which she moved to Nasik to start her own clinic where she can
proceed further towards the accomplishment of her goals.
