AGCO’S TECHNICIAN OF THE YEAR SKILLS COMPETITION

NOW ACCEPTING NOMINATIONS!

Does your technician have what it takes? Find out by nominating them for the
first-ever AGCO Technician of the Year skills competition. Simply tell us how
they went above and beyond for you or your dealership this past year, and they
could be invited to test their ability against other great technicians in
Hesston, Kansas, February 28–March 2, 2023. The best of the best will be crowned
the 2023 AGCO Technician of the Year—and win a grand prize of $5,000! 

This year’s competition will exclusively feature Fendt tractors. At Fendt we
pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences through our
innovative and efficient products. One of the most impactful ways that we can
deliver on this Farmer First experience is through exceptional service and
support from the hardworking dealer technicians.

Nominators:
Each Nominator must be (i) an owner or current employee of a retailer that
provides agricultural chemical application services within the U.S. and/or
Canada, that (ii) resides within the 50 United States, including the District of
Columbia, or Canada, excluding Quebec, and (iii) must be at least 18 years of
age and has reached the age of majority in his/her state or province of
residence (19+ in Alabama, British Columbia, Nebraska, New Brunswick,
Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut and Yukon
Territory; 21+ in Mississippi), as of August 1, 2022.



Candidates/Nominees
Each Candidate must be (i) a custom applicator of agricultural chemicals or an
ag-retailer operator that has the primary job of operating application
equipment, (ii) a legal resident of the 50 United States, including the District
of Columbia, or Canada, excluding Quebec, and (iii) at least 18 years of age and
has reached the age of majority in his/her state or province of residence (19+
in Alabama, British Columbia, Nebraska, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and
Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut and Yukon Territory; 21+
in Mississippi), as of August 1, 2022.

employee of a Fendt dealer, residing in the 50 U.S. / D.C. or Canada (excluding
Quebec), age 18+ and the age of majority in his/her state/province of residence*
(19+ in AL, BC, NE, NB, NL, NT, NS, NU and YT; 21+ in MS). Candidates must be a
service technician employed at a Fendt dealer, residing in the 50 U.S. / D.C. or
Canada (excluding Quebec), age 18+ and the age of majority in his/her
state/province of residence. Void in Quebec, outside the 50 U.S./D.C. and
Canada, and where prohibited. Nomination Period starts at 12:00:01 AM ET on
10/17/22; ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/31/22. For details on how to nominate a

number of nominations a nominator may submit, however, a nominator may only
submit one (1) nomination for any one (1) candidate. A Nominator may not submit

running. These professionals spend countless hours at work every season, using
technologically advanced tools and software to provide crucial support to AGCO’s
valued customers.

The Technician of the Year program was designed to test the “best of the best”
by competing in a head-to-head, hands-on competition where they will be
evaluated on their performance based on criteria such as skill, efficiency,
effectiveness, and customer service. Finalists will travel to Hesston, Kansas
and compete in a three-day competition for the grand prize.
