ENERSIZE OYJ ANNOUNCES FINAL OUTCOME OF THE RIGHTS ISSUE

3 December, 2021

The rights issue in Enersize Oyj (“Enersize” or the “Company”), which was
resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Enersize on 5 November 2021
(the “Rights Issue”), was subscribed to 100 percent, corresponding to
approximately SEK 14 million. In total, 116,886,926 shares were subscribed for,
of which 59,856,938 with preferential rights, 20,416,719 without preferential
rights and 36,613,269 within the framework of the procured consortium of
underwriters. In addition, the Company will receive approximately SEK 14 million
through the directed issue, which was resolved at the Extraordinary General
meeting on 5 November 2021 (the “Directed Issue”), resulting in the Company
receiving a total of approximately SEK 28 million before issuance costs.

ENERSIZE OYJ OFFENTLIGGÖR SLUTLIGT UTFALL I FÖRETRÄDESEMISSIONEN

3 December, 2021

Företrädesemissionen i Enersize Oyj (”Enersize” eller ”Bolaget”), som beslutades
av extra bolagsstämma i Enersize den 5 november 2021 (”Företrädesemissionen”),
tecknades till 100 procent, motsvarande cirka 14 MSEK. Totalt tecknades 116 886
926 aktier, varav 59 856 938 med företrädesrätt, 20 416 719 utan företrädesrätt
och 36 613 269 aktier inom ramen för upphandlat garantikonsortium. Härutöver
tillförs Bolaget cirka 14 MSEK i den riktade emission som beslutades av extra
bolagsstämman den 5 november 2021 (den ”Riktade Emissionen”), vilket innebär att
Bolaget totalt tillförs cirka 28 MSEK före emissionskostnader.

Enersize Oyj (”Enersize” eller ”Bolaget”) offentliggör idag ett
informationsmemorandum med anledning av den företrädesemission av aktier som
extra bolagsstämman i Enersize beslutade om den 5 november 2021, i enlighet med
styrelsens förslag (”Företrädesemissionen”). Vid full teckning i
Företrädesemissionen tillförs Bolaget cirka 14 MSEK före emissionskostnader.
Företrädesemissionen är säkerställd genom garantiåtaganden motsvarande 100
procent av den maximala emissionsvolymen. Enersize genomför även en riktad
emission av aktier om cirka 14 MSEK till tio kvalificerade investerare.

Enersize Oyj (”Enersize” or the “Company”) today publishes an information
memorandum by reason of the rights issue of shares resolved by the Extraordinary
General Meeting of Enersize on 5 November 2021, in accordance with the proposal
of the Board of Directors (the “Rights Issue”). Upon full subscription in the
Rights Issue, the Company will receive approximately SEK 14 million before issue
costs. The Rights Issue is secured through underwriting commitments
corresponding to 100 percent of the maximum issue volume. Enersize also carries
out a directed share issue of approximately SEK 14 million to ten qualified
investors.
